Adele give you pure, non-jazz Adele. Angelina, being the true jazz singer she is can penetrate the depths of the human soul deeper than any other non-jazz singer, even one as great as Adele. Angelina is also able to incorporate the 'breathy' responses she learned from Billie Holiday, as well as the 'raw' inflections Amy Winehouse would do, including the 'slurring' of words to give her songs a special, human aspect to them. Combine it all and you get a '4 pronged' attack to the senses that no other single artist can match. She is, by far, the most versatle singer of different genre music on the planet and is called a vocal chameleon that can emulate numerous voices of others, hence her being referred to as 'Girl Of A 1000' voices.
I believe Angelina's "sweet 16" year is going to be exactly that! Angelina has paid her dues all of which were done in love of music. Talented, beautiful, humble, giving, with a gifted voice for the ages. Special Happy Birthday to Angelina on the 10th. Thumbs up Suzzy, does the q stand for queen?

And she brings her talent and originality to all those genres. If you haven’t heard her original arrangement of Billie Jean, treat yourself to Angelina respecting Michael’s original vibe, but switching the genre to her own bluesy, jazzy world. It’s Angelina hitting on all cylinders.
She's also done some EDM and in "Mercy" she even did something very close to rap in the voice-over part. About the only thing, she hasn't touched is metal or opera, and I'm certain she could pull off a metal cover, the vocals are not really that different from jazz. My only doubt is opera as that takes a lot of practice singing in a particular way, maybe she will surprise us someday.
I'll give you an update. She just did a cover of Hilary Duff's song "Mercy" as the opening number to the movie "The Hating Game". Soon to be released. She did an online Christmas Concert on the 23rd. On the same event she did an interview to announce her upcoming recording for '22. On it will be some of her own written material. She's on the rise.
Please consider doing a reaction to her version of My Funny Valentine. Make sure its the one she just released this past February 2022. I think itts her best release out of all her songs. And you go ahead and sing all you want. I’m here for it. 😊
