Hello from Holland, I only have a city garden 6m x 18 m, but I try to put a lot of edible plants, some fruits and of course nice flowers in it. I totally agree with what you are saying!! Nice holidays for you, your family and for everybody watching your channel🍀🍀🍀

One of the great ways to do this is buy things at clearance prices, even if you don't need them right now.
I've been stocking up on every tool that I know I'll need at great prices. Not only do you save money immediately, but you save on the future inflation-added price.

I’ve been preaching this for years to my family. I dump everything I can my retirement fiat currency) into our farm. More livestock, tools, implements for my tractor, tractor parts, seeds, water filtration equipment, canning equipment, fruit trees, chainsaw chains, bar oil… but most them look at vacations, brand new vehicles every year, eating out… basically keeping up with the world.

Sad they haven’t listened. I would still hold back some for trips to visit and help out family but not more than that.

Most homesteaders are really good at investing in their farm and becoming self-sufficient regarding food and energy. But we still need plenty of liquid $$$ to pay the taxes and fuel for vehicles and health care.........

Great video as always! I'm a father of 7 and 3 have already married and started their own family. My wife and I have been married for 27 years straight out of high school. Well, about 15 years ago we got a great deal on 10 acres in the country where I grew up in a little town called Callahan Florida. We were always wanting to retire on it but back in 2020 when Brandon got elected I sold my city house in Jacksonville. Sold my lawn maintenance business. All my contacts and took all the money and threw it on my property. Built a 2000 square foot brick house, metal roof, spray foam insulation etc. My property backs up to Rainier timber property which is 6,000 acres so we are out here. My dirt road is 1.2 mi long so in planning for the house I was already following you and your solar journey so I knew I was doing solar because they wanted 90k to pull power this far back. Well Long story short, we are now going into 2025 I have no mortgage, no dept period my only 2 bills are car insurance and cellphone bill which includes my T-Mobile home Internet oh ya and groceries. We have 120 ft by 100 ft garden, 27 chickens, and do two runs of meat birds each year. We are pretty self-sufficient besides the meat department or let's say beef dept. We grow all our own vegetables, potatoes, sweet potatoes, etc. Thanks to you and your channel we are completely off-grid with 2-6000xps 32-460 watt panels and 12 eg4 100ah ll batteries. You have answered all my questions in the last 4 or 5 years and answered them promptly with valuable info. I am very grateful for the time and info you put into all your videos. I probably would have never attempted the solar part without doing tons of research from your channel. The only thing I wish I would have did different is document my whole journey. We do have pictures and some videos, but thinking back on it I would have like to of documented it all and put on TH-cam to be help to others starting their journey. Last thing I want to say is I give all glory to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ without him none of this would have been possible. Love your channel and keep the great educating videos coming you are a blessing to many. Much love to you and your family.

Our Harvest Right freeze dryer is still broken down.
We’ve replaced everything and it still doesn’t work.
We need to replace it, but we’re trying to find another one that’s Not a Harvest Right

Merry Christmas. Very good information credit unions and federal reserve non member banks or state chartered banks could be an alternative. There are a lot of RINO's that might side with the Democrats in creating instability after the new year.

Yea, I think there are still way too many RINO’s floating around that will mess things up even more.

If you have that much money in the bank sitting there doing nothing, I would suggest buying some Bitcoin. Laugh at me if you want, but when governments start holding BTC you will have already missed out. Merry Christmas!
