Wow! Such a transformation! You did a good job! I just realize one tip to modernize your vanity - you can cut off the bottom part of the cabinet (aka legs) and add new midcentury modern wooden cone legs and (or not) paint them with bronze paint.

The bathroom is lovely. I really like that paint color and redoing the vanity was a great idea. Brian you are the man dealing with that toilet, you handled it well, and then installed the new one as well. A handy husband is a wonderful thing to have.

My husband and I are close to closing on our first home and I'm so nervous about buying furniture and decor and doing DIYs because I'm still trying to figure out what look I'm going for. I love how you like something, never did it before but yet have the guts to go for it, try it, and make it your own. I can't wait for the home tour when you are done with all the rooms.

On a different matter, I would just like to mention that mental health apps are not equipped to handle everyone's challenges, even if Simone Biles supports it. I am a huge fan of hers as well, but I know that Cerebral doesn't offer refunds even if you don't actually utilize their services, and have scarce providers depending on where you live that aren't always of the highest standards. Some think any treatment is better than none, but that's not always true. If you want to try it just know they don't offer refunds.
