I love Cornwall. If you got the weather who needs to go abroad. The uk has is one of the most beautiful places to live. Shouldn’t let the weather stop you exploring our lovely country x
We love Cornwall too. Last three years have been fantastic. Just booked for next year. We have been lucky this year with the weather. We did have two storms and a gale but mostly nice days with a moderate breeze. Roll on 2021.
@@CraftyCampervanners I have been flying drones for a few years and still learn new controls and settings. So take your time and fly a little further each time and my top tip is.... try and keep each turn on the sticks smooth and slow. Cut out the jerky movements in post. Try a range of angles while moving camera gimbal too. I may do a vlog soon about drones for vlogs... hmmm there is an idea.
Every day we went out the weather was kind. We just had some rain, two horrific storms and a rough morning howling gale. Other than that it was just a story of constant breeze to heavy for the drone. Just glad I got some footage with the new kit.
Something to brighten up our Friday morning ! Thankyou I have walked that route many times but never seen it from the air , you had a lot of confidence to take the drone over the water the opening shots are fantastic 😀thanks Gavin and zehra
Thanks Gavin. Yeah if over water and something goes wrong then it's a lost drone but over land when it hits the ground it's going to be a wreck anyway so I just go for it. No point paying £1000 for a drone and not make the best out of it. I would be upset having said that lol.
@@ForTheLoveOfCaravans I’ve no idea how much these drones cost but it brings a new perspective and is certainly very impressive, can I ask is the drone electric or petrol and how far out did you go ?
@@gavinstreetie1473 It is battery powered. I have 3 batteries and each battery lasts about 25 mins. As for distance, well the law states you should keep it in line of sight at all times. I have seen YT videos of them going nearly 5 miles away before losing signal and returning to home.
Thanks Marcus... you are right as I think it's a little over exposed. Am I right in thinking I should have toned done the ISO setting? It has lots of setting in the DJi Fly app but am still getting to grips with it. I also have 3 lens filters for it which I have not tried yet. Thanks for watching. Ian...
“The Drone Master” 😊.
No need for helicopters nowadays for this kind of work. Ian ,Absolutely Spectacular.
Thank you for the kind words Robert. I think I need to learn how to tweak the ISO settings as it's a little over exposed.

Brillaint footage guys. Lovely, lovely coast.
Thanks guys... it is somewhere we will go to every year. Love the clear water and the view there.
Lovely video lovely footage
Oh thank you... hope to use the drone a lot more now we have all be set free again.
@@ForTheLoveOfCaravans yes we just need the weather to behave itself now 😆
Thanks for sharing. That water is so clear👍🏻 I still can’t believe the speed of that drone...
You can see your feet even when the water is up to your chest. The drone when conditions are right can fly about 40 - 45mph.
We aspire for drone footage like this. Enjoyed it. Cornwall 👍👍👍
It's all about taking your time and learning the controls and settings in the app. I am still getting to grips with it all.
@@ForTheLoveOfCaravans A drone voyage may be occurring today. We do need the experience..

Fantastic in my top 5 places to visit
We will return to this one next year too... lovely bay and beach.
We have already booked padstow touring park for early September 2021☀️🙈
Absolutely beautiful footage 😍😍
Thank you very much!
Wow we have some fabulous coastline in this country. Haven't been to this part for donkeys years!
Don't we just Linda. We love to find the lest known beaches of Cornwall rather than the big ones.
Looks like you did have at least one nice day down there.

Loved it. My camera on a long stick can't compete 😂
Hehehe... you do fine. I am a tech head and love it. Still getting to grips with all the settings.
It depends on how long your stick is ;)
@@CraftyCampervanners oh errr Misus. Lowering the tone on my chaneel. hehehehe I do like a bit of innuendo.
Hi Ian & Clare,
You have mastered the flying of that drone. Awesome views and scenery. Thanks for sharing pal. 👌👌😁😁
The footage is a little over exposed so I need to learn how to use all the camera setting better. Flying is ok so not sure about mastered lol.
Used to go there in the early 60’s with my mum and dad.We used to stay at Mawgan Porth.Good times.
It has over the last two years become one of our favourite beaches in Cornwall. We discovered it walking from Trevose Lighthouse last year.
Incredible Work ✌️
Thanks guys I try... need to learn how to use the camera settings better. This video is over exposed.
Beautiful done Ian, I WANT TO GO BACK NOW 😢
I felt that way before we even left... if that makes sense?

Thanks Kev... it's a stunning beach with a great view out to the RNLI Station.
Great video Ian, can't wait for Cornwall next year x
Nor can we.. you will love it. I have more Cornish vlogs coming soon so may give your more ideas for places to visit.
@@ForTheLoveOfCaravans thanks Ian. Love this drone video it's so clear and smooth x. The place looks beautiful
Fantastic video, well done. Being a camera nerd I was just wondering if you can adjust the exposure on that drone?
