My old Honda 10 fuel line connector is leaking at the engine, causing fuel starvation. I can’t find a new replacement female connector that matches the male on the engine. Should I try replacing both male and female connectors for a newer Honda design, or do you advise another solution?
Fantastic video i have the plastic fuel tank on my Yamaha tiller steer can i run the the fuel tank up the front of my boat it would be about 9 foot from motor if so where do i put my priming bulb near tank or near the motor for priming fuel. Thank you
I think you are referring to the fuel rail. I just had my replaced on my 225 evinrude. They corrode out over time because of ethanol. I had someone do it haha.
My marine dealer installed the fuel line on my tank . I’ve had numerous problems with gas flow and i notice that the fuel line itself has arrows on it and they are going towards the tank but my bulb is going towards my engine. Doe’s the line itself needs to go in one direction?
Don't use that gray fuel line. It's garbage. The liner will deteriorate cauing bogging. Use automotive fuel line and you'll never have a problem. EPA is ruining everything these days.
don't use any aftermarket primer bulbs. They are garbage! Attwood and others have only 1 check valve and the ones they use suck. Get a Mercury, Evinrude, or Yamaha primer buld... you'll thank me later I promise
Agree, please post a vid installing inline filters, thanks.
Thanks Great Informing Video
I have a new Suzuki 70 hp and want to put my tank in the bow. I need a long fuel line. How do I know if I'm getting the right one?

What size fuel line do you recommend for a 90 hp yamaha, I moved my gas tank to the front of my 17 ft boat. Would a 1/4 inch line work?
should not use that teflon tape, Does not tolerate petrol and disintegrates in to small bits that can get into the fuel system.
i was told the grey fuel line is not ethanol compatible and it will deteriorate and plug up your filters
You were told right. The grey stuff is garbage. Get the black line!

Can you recommend a way to add a fuel tank to the one I already have for my outboard? Thanks
My fitting on my 9.9 Johnson is leaking how to change it
What about replacing the fuel lines on the motor? Do those wear out sometimes? Also is it possible for the vent on the gas tank cap to clog?

Well this video was done halfway. It would of been nice to see him install the fuel filter and the water separator unit.
all those pre made silver hoses are terrible with the plastic liner going bad

Don't run ethanol and you will never have a problem!
That's a nice 25 merc. It would push my 13 whaler perfect , my little 15 merc 4 stroke doesn't have the balls to do it lol
Really that much extra fuel line ?
good video but do not use the white teflon tape. Use yellow teflon tape or pipe dope that is rated for fuel
DO NOT USE GREY HOSE.
don't know how old this video is but, don't expect any replies from the poster.
went to sales site= only wanted get rich /saleing huge boats= no parts from search area!!!
No real marine mechanic would suggest using that grey fuel line. And never use teflon tape on a gas fitting. It deteriorates and turns to goo.
You can buy fuel lines any where in the world with grey fuel line, never heard of the Teflon going to goo
Ametuer boater response!

Scepter has 2 internal check valves
That was NOT very informative or hands on....
