“Van” so glad to see it back on the road… I love Delicas - i unfortunately wrote off 2 of them and my wife wouldn’t let me try a third… but I’m starting to dream again after watching you wheeling in yours!!! It’s amazing how well they actually do and it’s always funny the reactions you get when you manage to get a “van” into places they don’t belong 😂 thanks for this - love the cooking content but this little series has hit a special place in my heart!
Harry, this whole series has been a real eye opener... a simple cheap van and setup and you can do what some would then spend $100,000's on. well done sir!!
“Van” makes me want to hit the road again Harry, simple set up and good fun! Never thought about a Delica, growing up it was always our Jackaroo - look forward to the next episode.. :)
My wife is becoming a real “van” of yours. She has started watching the episodes from Graham Cahill , binging out. Looks like we will be going camping more often !🎉🎉
Thank you so much for showing us the (real) van. I love that you didn't put a pot plant in there somewhere. Most TH-cam Van tours stage the van to make it look clean and tidy love that you didn't apologize for the lived in look. I also love Seek Adventure tips.
Great to see you reunited with Dennis the all terrain all everything Van, thought repair quite reasonable Great rundown on what is inside Dennis wll help lots of new travelers and myself. Look forward to the new travels.👍👍👍👍 Cheers Wombat 🐾🚐
Mr Wombat, I couldn't resist giving it to you on this one! This is not a bloody scammer comment, you can click on my username and confirm it's actually me - just shoot me an email contact@firetofork.net and I'll get a signed one out to you - Harry
Welcome to Victoria. Looks like Denis is all set to go anywhere now. Just in case you didn't already know there's a second Delica Garage here in Vic (Geelong) as well if you ever need it. If you need anything while you're in Vic, I'm happy to try and help.
I have a dodge grand caravan "VAN". We all it a mini-van here where I live. I can't go off road with is so not great for getting into the bush, but it is awesome for traveling and I can sleep in it when I travel. So for just getting away for a night or for a long road trip, it works well.
What a VAN! Awesome little set up! Thanks for going through your setup, going to check out the Wolf Pack boxes they look great and not too expensive compared to the Pelican ones
4wd van, still not convinced, enjoy hanging out with us down south. Good call on the gas, although wild and remote camping you will mostly be ok. A lot of the designated National park areas will want you to use their fire pits.
Nice to see the Delivery "Van" back up and running. Your short drop shovel is packed a long way in - stuff would go flying everywhere if you needed it in an "emergency" 😀
HI Harry great to see the Delica is back on the road, it looks like a very versatile vehicle and probably the last type of vehicle you would expect to see on the Cape track. Its a Van that has a big heart im sure it will last a long time now its had a new lease of life. Safe travels Cheers 🙂
Heading down to dwellingup with the kids in our van(pajero) this week, picked up a few of the recommended bits on your gear page, hopefully one of the dinners will be over the fire, cheers Harry
It's about time some people appreciated how good of a "Van" the Delica is, I have always thought these were cool and seen some in the wild that are incredibly capable
There is no one section. It’s just the vibe of the thing. Good to see the 'Van' is back on the road. 👍 In summing up, it’s the constitution, it’s Mabo, it’s justice, it’s law, it’s the vibe and aah no that’s it, it’s the vibe. I rest my case. Denis Denuto Delica
Thank you for rundown of your "Van" Dennis. I call my Landcruiser Dennis because the first letters of the rego plate are CJ so, named after one of my favourite Aussie poets. It'sAlter ego is "Hi Ho" because it is a silver colour. Younger viewers might not get the connection. Lol.
Living the dream in a 'van' awesome way to do all the full on driving tracks and not stress as muck about doing major damage as you would in the 10 year tourer
I'm a fan of the Van for sure... We didn't get the Deli here but I'm privileged to have a customer with an imported one that I look after in terms of servicing etc... Keep up the good work 👍🏻🤛🏻
Good on you you have the van back mate really enjoying your content and the misso is starting to as well. Really starting to get into bush cooking and haven't killed the wife yet. I've actually recommended alot of people to have a look at your book for ideas.
I would love to get out and about in a simple “Van” setup like that but with my wife and my disabled son it’s just nowhere near big enough. Hope to be getting out and on the road full time with a 4x4 caravan in tow in the next year or 2. Love your videos and how honest and down to earth you are. Cheers 🍻
Great video bud. Love your "Van" :) I just bought my first 2 Wolf Pack Pro's. Going to use them instead of having heavy drawers in the back of our Fortuner. See ya at the Perth 4wd show in a couple of weeks :) Cheers, Don (Dons Shed and Xplor Overland)
"Van" great honest look around the van I think a lot of people forget about just getting out there you don't need a great deal of stuff it is nice to have but you don't need the big cruises with everything and then can't afford to get out there because you've spent everything on mods
Great run down of your "Van" Denis. I'm glad to see he got some TLC after what he went through on the cape 😆 I've just bought my first camp oven , a Bedourie 12" , really loving your cooking tips and thinking I'll be adding a travel Braii real soon. Thanks for showing what can be achieved on a budget , I have a 2001 Mercedes ml320 , cheapest AWD around at less than 5k ! probably less than the price of a gear box for a Landie 😆. Cheers for the awesome content , Happy travels 🍻
love watching your videos!! Have tried so many meals as well which are amazing !! Your "VAN" has shown you can really turn anything into a Touring/4WD too
I'm a big Van.. I mean fan. Me and my mates have a night inspired by your channel's name. We have a "Fire to Fork'd Up" night which includes tasty IPAs and wood fire cooked food.
It's funny you say Toyo are tough. I just got rid of my AT2 because I didn't trust them off road. Fantastic grip, but a soft sidewall that I tore too easily in Newnes on nothing tracks. Not a bad daily driver tyre though.
You have done a great job with the Delica mate. Honestly though you have me worried about my crank shaft bolt as I didn't change it when I did my timing in the Pajero. I would love one of those screens for the back to suit my Paj too but can't seem to find one. Might have to try and make one.
"Never trust a man who carries a shovel in a van." Mr I. Milat circa 1994
LMAO
🤣🤣🤣🤣
🤣🤣🤣
I declare this the best comment on the whole internet today.
What a Van, it's awesome to see a "REAL" budget build on youtube that is also super practical, thanks Harry

Love the simple VAN setup. Going that way when new car arrives. Pack it in. Pack it out. Simple
Glad to see the "Van" is back. Looking forward to more adventures in it.
“Van” makes me want to hit the road again Harry, simple set up and good fun! Never thought about a Delica, growing up it was always our Jackaroo - look forward to the next episode.. :)

Loving the budget set up on the Van! Getting a lot of cheap practical ideas from it. Keep it up Harry!
So great to see "VAN" Dennis alive again. I was gutted for you, seeing him on the back of the truck in FNQ.🥰
Yay .🎉Your van is ready for some more adventures. Looking forward to more videos to come
Denis the van is very cool man, and will go most places a Toyota will go, it carries your junk under your bunk, including the shovel to take a dump.
Thank you so much for showing us the (real) van. I love that you didn't put a pot plant in there somewhere. Most TH-cam Van tours stage the van to make it look clean and tidy love that you didn't apologize for the lived in look. I also love Seek Adventure tips.
Great "Van". Thanks for showing us through your.....mess. A simple fitout, but everything fits in!
Would love a old 4X4 DELICA 'Van". They go anywhere and no camping in a tent. Loved the trip to the Cape. Keep them coming👍👍
Love Dennis the 'Van', really nice to see a functional budget, yet so capable, setup. Thanks
Sailor Jerry is a damn fine cheap Rum, good choice 👍
You've made an excellent kit for a budget Van build.
Well done Harry. Great to see simplicity so the focus is on experiences rather than gear. You may start a new “van” craze for fun seekers.
Great to see you reunited with Dennis the all terrain all everything Van, thought repair quite reasonable Great rundown on what is inside Dennis wll help lots of new travelers and myself. Look forward to the new travels.👍👍👍👍

Living out of a Van down by the river used to be a warning to children... Now, it's a life goal!
Van. I had a van many years ago...just a one wheel drive toyota hiace bus...MT's on the back - got us everywhere.
Simple set up that works well! They are the best “Van”for the money.
What a VAN! Awesome little set up!
Thanks for going through your setup, going to check out the Wolf Pack boxes they look great and not too expensive compared to the Pelican ones
Van !!! Should be beers everywhere 🥳
So awesome how cheap you made a sick go anywhere rig 👍🏿
4wd van, still not convinced, enjoy hanging out with us down south. Good call on the gas, although wild and remote camping you will mostly be ok. A lot of the designated National park areas will want you to use their fire pits.
Love the simple Van setup.
Those screens are awesome!! What a clever idea. Van life looks fun!
Great to see a Van fit out on a reasonable budget. Well done for showing you don't have to spend a small fortune
I didn't choose the "Van" life. The van life chose me!
Enjoying the series, mate. Well done!
"Van" that beast is unreal, Dennis lives again! It's the Vibe! Can't wait to see more adventures now..
What a VAN-tastic episode, it held up quite well.👍
Nice to see the Delivery "Van" back up and running. Your short drop shovel is packed a long way in - stuff would go flying everywhere if you needed it in an "emergency" 😀

The Van Danny is AWESOME. !!! Its the feeling, its the vibe..
Such a simple set up and works a treat! Keen to see more adventure in the 'Van'
Great to see the "Deli Car" is back on the road. What a great "Van"
Nice easy setup not overdone with all the mod cons available and works a treat. Inspires me to get on with my Delica van project.
Heading down to dwellingup with the kids in our van(pajero) this week, picked up a few of the recommended bits on your gear page, hopefully one of the dinners will be over the fire, cheers Harry
Van! Love your videos, I have an L400 1998 petrol delica. Johno at Delica garage always knows how to help out, great business!
That's a great setup you got going in the Delica, especially those storage boxes. It seems van life is working out well!
It's about time some people appreciated how good of a "Van" the Delica is, I have always thought these were cool and seen some in the wild that are incredibly capable
“Van” did my honeymoon holiday in a Delica travelling the outback. Love them!
Your proving that it's not about how much and how expensive your gear is in your van, but about getting out there and enjoying australia
There is no one section. It’s just the vibe of the thing. Good to see the 'Van' is back on the road. 👍

Such a practical VAN setup.
“One for all and all for VAN” your definitely making can life seem a bit more simple and appealing then others out there
I love a Van. I have owned 2 x Mitsubishi L300's and a 1994 Delica, loved all of them.
Van - Love that you use and recommend things that are affordable and accessible at the local stores👍
What a “Van”! Thanks for the rundown so far. I look forward to seeing what all changes over time.
Thanks for the VAN tour - some good tips for a Newbie.
Thank you for rundown of your "Van" Dennis.

I love this little budget van. Does what you need it to without busting the bank.
Good on you you have the van back mate really enjoying your content and the misso is starting to as well. Really starting to get into bush cooking and haven't killed the wife yet. I've actually recommended alot of people to have a look at your book for ideas.
Great run down as always Harry. Nice that you show it 'like it is' not 'like you'd like it to be' :-)
Van tastic! Great vid, so refreshing to see affordable touring setups.
I would love to get out and about in a simple “Van” setup like that but with my wife and my disabled son it’s just nowhere near big enough. Hope to be getting out and on the road full time with a 4x4 caravan in tow in the next year or 2. Love your videos and how honest and down to earth you are. Cheers 🍻
It's soo good seeing an honest view of setups like your delica "van".
Hope you are feeling better.
Awesome "Van" Harry! Was good to watch great to watch some content of the cape that didn't involve a 300 thousand dollar vehicle!
Good to see a VAN that is practical and used the way it should be
Great VAN tour. I've alwaysed loved the Delica...
That's a sick VAN Harry. Me and the Mrs are talking about doing a van build too so thanks for some ideas!

Never really thought I’d like a van before I started watching your series on Dennis. I’m reconsidering!

I'm glad to see he got some TLC after what he went through on the cape 😆 I've just bought my first camp oven , a Bedourie 12" , really loving your cooking tips and thinking I'll be adding a travel Braii real soon. Great Economic set-up in Dennis the “VAN” 👍
Love the tour of the VAN, I need to get some of those storage boxes, square sides and sold as.
Great vid.
Great to have reputable companies go out of their way to help you repair and get back on the road in your van.
Harry great 'VAN' video 👍👍👍
Van. Great info and ripper to see it back on the road
I love your van, I have always had a soft spot for the Delica.
My T5 'VAN' takes me most places as well. Wish it was 4wd. I am missing it and adventure without a car in Wadeye, NT.
love watching your videos!! Have tried so many meals as well which are amazing !! Your "VAN" has shown you can really turn anything into a Touring/4WD too
VANtastic van great budget setup.

Happy Dayz, great to see the "van" Dennis back again. I love your cooking content but became a "van" after seeing your simple but practical set-up...
It's funny you say Toyo are tough. I just got rid of my AT2 because I didn't trust them off road. Fantastic grip, but a soft sidewall that I tore too easily in Newnes on nothing tracks. Not a bad daily driver tyre though.
Thanks for showing us how you setup your VAN :)
You have done a great job with the Delica mate. Honestly though you have me worried about my crank shaft bolt as I didn't change it when I did my timing in the Pajero. I would love one of those screens for the back to suit my Paj too but can't seem to find one. Might have to try and make one.
Great walk through the 'van' cheers...
Van is the code word for this video!!! Want that book
This is why the diesel is a way better engine tried and tested
What a great Van to do the Cape!!!!
Love Dennis the van, and great setup :)
