The addition is really good. We saved up to buy this version gotten amazed by its gorgeous graphics and new legends. If you like the basic game you will not be disappointed in this one either.
The excitement at seeing this game at my local store but then realizing it was in Spanish was disheartening. Looks awesome! But if you get out and travel by land, does that mean the time (one hour per action) advances differently from you and the rest of the players in the boat?
It can be thematically explained like heroes oaring with oars. More players on the board = more oars = you move faster. Merrick and Grenolin dosen't count, because hands of one of them already busy with map, and hands ot the latter with Balalaika.
i've got it, and we tried it, but my wife hated it so much we couldn't make it through the first mission! i do hope to get it going again sometime, but it will be tough to convince her...

@@guillermoyaroslavlverduzco1551 it's been awhile so i dont remember a lot of specifics, but the main issue was that this game introduces timers (food requirements, iirc) that really restrict players freedom to solve problems, and it seems very unpleasant. plus much more complex rules handling enemies to actually chase you around rather than follow arrows, made the gameplay a lot less smooth

no, not really. you simply move faster at sea in the same block of time than you do on land
