Same here it sends a code to my phone I put the code in says verified with a green check mark then 10 seconds later after it loads says unable to verify your identity please contact us I called them about the issue they say to just wait 72 hours that it’s their security system here I am after 4 days trying again same shit I would not recommend buying crypto on PayPal else your btc will be stuck

if anyone is still trying to figure out how to send without failed or blocked transactions it is because paypal has a strong security system that will only allow small amount transfers. $500 at a time will work to an external wallet.

Same, it told me to send less than 17$, when i typed in 16$ it said send more than 23$ and when I typed 24$ it said send less than 17$ once again… smh
