This diagram illustrates the different stages of the recycling procedure of aluminium cans. Overall, the process is made of seven steps starting with throwing used cans into the bins and the last one consisting of getting reusable cans.
First of all, the cans are thrown after use by the households into bins which are made to contain aluminum exclusively. Following this, they get collected by trucks and the waste is poured out into a big container. Then, the waste gets cleaned to eliminate impurities, sorted, shredded and compressed into small size cubes.
During the fourth step of the cycle, the outcome of the previous stage goes through a heating and melting machine in order to get rolls. Subsequently, some rolls of 2.5mm-6mm thick are manufactured, then they undergo recycling to produce virgin cans, without any label or inscription. Finally, the new cans are ready to get used by buyers once again and are branded to be 74% recycled in the UK.

The purpose of the given diagram is to illustrate the stages of recycling of aluminum cans.
Overall, this process consists of seven stages beginning with collecting the cans from dustbins and ending with displaying of drinks in recycled cans on supermarket shelves.
Initially, empty cans are collected from the dustbins and placed in lorries to be delivered to aluminum cans recycling facility. Once they reach the facility, they are cleaned and undergo the following stages such as sorting, shredding and compressing for comfortable storage and transportation.
In the next stage the cans are heated and melt in cylindrical container to form a raw material in the shape of tape of 2,5 mm - 6 mm thick. The ready material then is used to produce recycled cans which comprise 74 per cent of drink containers all over the UK.

A simply good way of explaining how to write a diagram essay. Nonetheless, to my kniwkedge, for task-1, we are not allowed to add our opinion nor are we allowed to add general knowledge or ungiven information to our report. Thus, stating that it was made in another factory and adding that last piece of information will only decrease our score.

Its well explained but experts say we should never use any extra information from our side while writing Task-1 report while you have used that is not mentioned anywhere, instead, we should add one extra sentence from our analysis of the question card.

137 words it means words limit is not complete so there are very less chances to get 3 bands in this task as far as I think 150 words are required so I can say that there are chances of penalty.

The diagram provided illustrates the cyclic process of aluminium cans after being used.
Overall, there are 7 required stages for the recycling of aluminium in which the first part is the collection of cans and the last stages are the manufacture of the recycled product. The process will after restart all over again.
To begin with, used cans are to be thrown in an aluminium cans container then are to be collected by the garbage truck in order to bring the unusable products to the factory. Subsequently, cans are washed and selected to finally be shredded and crushed in special recycling machines.

After this, the alumium is heated until it achieves its melting form. The liquid product is then transformed into a roller shape measured between 2,5 mm and 6 mm thick. Finally, the rolling material is transformed into a 74% recycling can as Coca-Cola or PipsiCola (from the UK) that can be officially reused.
