Idk man I'm feeling so helpless and stressed for the past few months and I just want it to end as soon as possible so I sincerely hope that SPM will not be postponed once again or else I really hope that the government can give us something as a substitute for the SPM certificate or just let us pass like the Cambodia government, I really can't handle this stress anymore. For sure our parents and teachers will always tell us 'just follow the flow no one can predict what happens in the future your job now is to study and study' I might be easy to just say it but do you know how hard it is to actually do it? same.. i rmb studying rly hard during last yr mid year exam, but after all the mco delays and everything i felt burnt out and lost all my momentum to study, straight up just ignored most of my online revision classes and did what i wanted on a whim. now im kinda scared ngl, but at the same time i think we’re allowed to be anxious during these trying times. although sometimes i see my peers being able to keep up that momentum and feeling rly bad but also not being able to myself haha xD wtv la, everythings gna be okay, dont stress too much too !! all the best in the exam
As someone who’s sitting for SPM in 2021 (Batch 03), I cannot stress enough how tiring it is to be studying everyday during MCO. Wake up, study, bathe, study, sleep. That’s my day. Everytime I want to do my hobby which is to draw, I always have this constant fear and stress that I should be studying. Now, I can only hope and pray that one day I can play without fearing of commitments. To the people who say Batch 03 is lucky because they have more time to study, let me enlighten everybody. When you say that, it implies that I’m going to be studying everyday, 100% of what I study will be in my head forever. You’re also implying that I don’t have bad days or days where I’m burnt out, days where I’m exhausted and stressed. Yes, we have more time to study, just as we have more time staying imprisoned. I won’t be surprised if most Batch 03 don’t do well for SPM, merely due to stress, I won’t be surprised if they do great for SPM too. The least everybody else can do is to be concerned of our mental health. I used to have classes at 8am-9am, 11am-12pm, 2pm-3:30pm, 3:30pm-5:30pm, 8pm-10pm, ALL just in ONE DAY. I have never felt more exhausted. I hope everybody will empathize with us instead of saying “You have more time to study!”
Well, I really enjoyed this video. I can see the difference perspective about the education situation right now. I thought, only parents that feel the burdens for educating their children at home when in the other hand still have to pay the tuition fee. However, the student is the most affected one. It will be affected their future. Nevertheless, everyone and every unit in every subject also has difficulties in this current conditions. Eventually, the new system will be built and this situation will be over. We just need to get through this transition time.

The chores one omg😭my mom did the same! I just entered form 4 and i chose science accounting, struggling with homework, tuition and many more... but my mom's there asking me to help feed the cat, go prepare things she's gonna cook later, mop the floor etc and im forced to finish them all before completing my homework, which is why i always stay up late

yes i agree with them, even if i already passed spm last year...my feeling is the same...if postponed again feels like forever, in a prison, with not helpful tools to escape,and in this case, the odl classes...i also sometimes hv difficulties in it, especially when it comes subjects like maths...kennot brain weyh..even my form 6 friends struggles with it.... i know in the beginning ppl must be happy because cuti byk...but the truth is...the more you cuti,with no guidance and being lazy at study, play games, social media instead, you'll fall at the back of the pack...at least that's what i learn at the last 5 years of my secondary school life anyway, goodluck batch 2003 spm students..wish you all the best and never give up.. cause, during this times, everyone is struggling incuding me TT...to cope with my new uni life..TT
