"It's okay not to be okay" is like the weirdest drama I have watched yet. Why? Because I can't stop smiling through the whole episode even though it shouldn't be something to smile about but then suddenly it can also make me tear and feel sorry and you know... the feeling the drama portrays... Personally, I think that she ruined the drama. It could have been better if they did not have romance at all(except Soo YeonXBan Ryu uWu). They should have focused only on the Hwarangs and their lives.

Honestly I love strong/badass female characters it makes the drama sooo interesting to watch...I hate when the female character is sooooo nice and always crying...doesn’t stand up for themselves and needs a man. Ugh
Hwarang in general was very badly written. Ah Ro was fun and interesting in the first couple of episodes then it seems that the writer didn't know what to do with her . Also that sibling plotline was disgusting . I love Go Ara and her other dramas but I hate hwarang tremendously, I struggled to finish it.

Would have been perfect if Ah Ro had just stayed strong and independent and gone for the King and found a new brother in Dogbird... I can take a twisted storyline if its done well, but those two had no chemistry from the start. But I cannot with the crying.
Thirst Without Borders true Go Ara had more chemistry with park hyung sik on and off camera . Ah Ro Should've ended up with the king , It would have made more sense. As for the chemistry between Ara and Seo joon it was awkwardness on and off camera . I am a fan of Go Ara and I like Seo joon but gosh I don't want them to act together again like never , it was too painful to watch . On a final note , the pace was too slow for my taste and I don't like the sageuk genre which made it worse xd
