More than 50% of international students are in Ontario, fighting for jobs. Ontario PNP is more difficult as compared to other provinces. I recommend avoiding Ontario and Quebec (French).

Both countries are suffering from lack of part time jobs, high rent, and inflation. If you come to Canada, choose the right province (for PNP) and study the right course. Avoid Ontario and Quebec. Review the 82 prioritized occupations (35 health; 24 STEM; 10 trade; 10 transport; 3 agriculture) by IRCC in 2023 before choosing your major.
