The 36th America's Cup presented by Prada will be contested by the winner of the 2017 America's Cup, the Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron represented by their team, Emirates Team New Zealand, and the winner of the Prada Cup, the challenger selection series which takes place in January-February in 2021.

Jimmy got a little bit of Connor locked in, Kiwis dislike the boasting arrogance. Yes he's one of the best sailors and its good this round to see he's pulled his head in and focusing on the sailing.
A leopard never changes it's spots. No matter how unusually quiet.
I'm not an expert,but for what I've seen so far from him he is not really arrogant.i see it more as high confidence, which at this level ov sport is neccesery...
@@supmikpaddleboarding5871 Last AC he was a constant and total dickhead. Maybe he was playing up to the American press and sponsors. That was confidence but a shitload of arrogance and blow arsing.
@@delmarae100 spot on. You could hardly call him a good sport. Remember that Oracle started on -2 for cheating in the previous match (prior to San Fran)
I still can`t comprehend how NZ managed to lose in 2013.
The race was very long,made that oracle can build up at home and time limit for race-at low wind...
It would be nice if he won one more time for the Italians. He outfoxed Sir Ben and Terry Hutchinson... I think he can beat ETNZ if they have the boat. Time will tell.

You talk as if Spithil is the only one upon LR, it's really sad that people don't know that actually Bruni and Sibello are two of the top10 worlds sailors out there. For example who lead both the helmsman and do tactics is actually Pietro Sibello.

@@solinvictus1234 Where did I say that??? You must admit though that the aggression and bulk of the tactics are coming from Spithill. You can hear it on the comms. He clearly won the starts against Rita. The Italians have a great team and I think Spithill would be first to say there is no I in team... but you also have to acknowledge that he is probably their most valuable member.
@@steveburton5825 Spithill call the tactics when he's leading his side, Bruni do the same when is in control of his side, where Sibello do the grinder/wind tactician during all the race.
That's how the roles are in LR, both helmsman won the starts vs Rita, you can't won starts with only one helmsman in the way LR setup is.
Yes Spithill have with no doubt more AC awards, but Bruni do AC since 2000 with LR...it's not a "Mr.Nobody" actually in the 2nd race vs Ineos was Bruni to outsmart Ben Anslie after the start with a move that granted LR the victory.

I believe it was 7-1. Also, the USA started with a 2-0 deficit as a penalty before racing began. Still an incredible comeback that I’ve watched several times on YT.
Jimmy is one of best sailors to come out of Australia. He's a loving compassionate man off the water and away from sailing. When he's on and in competitive mode, he's friggin awesome.
He's still a prick though and I hope he loses to ETNZ.
