As a wan main the biggest thing u need in solo q is a tank that trusts ur skills enough to stick with u until u can take out frst turret and rotate. Or else i jst stay in my turret and hold my lane. She is way too vulnerable in frontal battles.
I'm a wanwan main as well, but tbh what I need is only consistent ganking and not a roamer that can babysit. Once I get my 2 core items early then it's gonna be smooth till late game. Edit: unless the enemies have supress skills like franco and bird man that babysit my enemy, that's where I need help.

Nah, clint only has 1 dash, and it's a short dash too. Furthermore, Clint's skill animations force him to stand in place for a few milliseconds. Combining these two factors, we can easily conclude that Clint is a low-mobility character (compared to, say, kimmy, irithel, moskov, and even layla since she has movement speed bonus when hitting her skill, among others). Wanwan can easily abuse low mobility heroes like clint where she can effortlessly break all the weakspots and activate ult. In the early to mid game, you would expect Clint to be able to burst down wanwan from long range. Unfortunately, clint's damage at this point in the game is often not enough yet to burst down wanwan from full hp, before she can activate ult on clint, especially when she has the lifesteal from inspire. In lategame, wanwan's dashes become quicker as her atkspeed increases. She becomes too difficult to hit with aimed skills at this point, especially with clint's grenades. Unless you can kill her in one burst, oftentimes wanwan players would also be quick enough to activate windchant when her hp falls low. If you're looking for a counter to wanwan, go for high mobility heroes, as they can make it very difficult for wanwan to activate her ult. A sure fire counter is Irithel. I've never seen an irithel lose to a wanwan so far. Kimmy would work I think, as well as Granger. Bruno works in the sense that his damage output is too great for wanwan's low base hp. He can easily win 1v1's against wanwan before she can even break all the weakspots. Just make sure to master how his stacks work to maximize your damage output. In the same sense, I found Popol to work decently against wanwan. Kupa can harass wanwan relentlessly and keep her hp low all the time.
