My only critique to those figures are the ankle/boot joints. There is almost no articulation there, it greatly limits the posebility, as you can't set foot faceing "up", making figure unbalanced and leaning back. Tunshi seems to notice the issue, as upcoming figure of prisoner has bendable toes.
Yeah, the boots/ankles really do feel like a afterthought, even customizers are having trouble just reattaching them to change the clothing. Im assuming they were designed for bare feet, but ran into issues making shoes for the figures, so they decided just to go with generic boots. I wonder what sort of upgrades the bodies will get with future versions, or if we even get 2.0 figures.
One thing I didn’t like about metal slug 6 and Double X is that they changed the soldier’s voice to I’m guessing their own original voices but it’s kinda Medicore compared to their original voices.

oof, yeah i just saw a video on it, yeah, not a good idea to get rid of the classic sounds, its just not the same.
