I love your videos so much. I suffered with acne for about 7 years, (Nobody will ever understand how much strain it takes on your mental health and how it effects you every single day when you wake up and look at yourself in the mirror, I hated holiday mirror lighting because it was always the harshest.) These are the things that have helped me the most : -Birth Control (Yasmin/dianette) I do not recommend without seeing a doctor (obviously hasn't fixed what the root cause is, but I just couldn't have acne anymore) Aside from birth control what I think made the biggest differences -Probiotic (Dairy free) -Cutting out meat/dairy/eggs (Vegan basically) -Cutting out process sugar (Fruit is still all good) -Zinc -Drinking green tea/matcha everyday The best skincare routine I've ever had: -Remove makeup with Extra Virgin olive oil (With cloth) -Sometimes use Fresh Farmacy from lush afterwards (But I like the feeling of my skin when I just use the olive oil) -Toner (homemade mixture of apple cider vinegar and green tea) -Jojoba oil/rose hip oil moisturize -Acne treatment - Lavender oil, tea tree oil, frankincense oil Really hope this will help at least 1 person :) Peace and love xxx
Hey Liv, i can see you're really struggling with acne and thought i would give you some tips that helped me. 1. stop frequently changing you skin care routine, its made my texture really bad 2. use products suited to your skin type, and i prefer using minimal products because i find its easier to maintain long term 3. i had really bad texture on my skin then i went to australian skin clinics and recommended a few things, microdermabrasion helped with the redness and then i got a mandalic peel and it helped my texture so much but i recommend multiple treatmeats. I saw amazing results after the first treatment but still takes 3 to see the best results. This peel is a facial that brings yuckies to the surface and then your skin purges and breaks out but heals on its own. The clinicians will help you and tell you all about it but i think it helped me so much and my skin gained a glow that i had never seen before. Your skin doesn't peel afterwards but you may get a bit of flaking and redness but totally worth it. Hope this helps, feel free to ask other questions if you like, i've been through it all

Try cetaphil face wash and lotion!!! It’s changed my life! I never get spots and my skin is pretty settled! I use a tick moisturiser at night to add the extra moisture but day to day the cetaphil is amazing xxxx

I really recommend using diluted apple cider vinegar as a toner, sounds gross but trust me it helped with my acne, texture and also helped to gently clear acne scarring and also try mixing rosehip seed oil with your moisturiser, I don't like it alone but a drop or two mixed in is amazing, love you girls so much 💕
Try La Clinica, I’ve been using them for a bit and I really like it cause it all natural ingredients. As a fellow acne sufferer I like knowing exactly what’s going on my face!! A bit $$$ but you get what you pay for
