    Today, I made condensed milk mocha bread with condensed milk cream in a mocha bread with a pleasant coffee scent!
    Mocha bread wrapped in crispy mocha biscuits is really delicious just by eating it, but it tastes even better when you eat it with melting condensed milk buttercream.
    I think it's a bread that goes well with the chilly weather these days.
    It's really delicious even if you just eat the mocha bread without adding condensed milk cream, so be sure to make it!

    Preheat to 356℉(180℃), bake at 330℉(165℃) for 20-21 minutes (I ㅕse Smeg oven. Times may vary slightly depending on the oven.)
    ▶ Materials ◀ 4 16.5x8.5x6.3cm pans
    ✏ Bread dough
    135g milk
    8g instant coffee powder
    50g eggs
    40g sugar
    5g salt
    4g instant yeast
    260g bread flour
    35g unsalted butter
    80g raisins
    ✏ Mocha Biscuit
    55g unsalted butter
    85g sugar
    1g salt
    20g eggs
    130g cake flour
    2g baking powder
    5g instant coffee powder
    7g hot water
    ✏ Condensed milk butter cream
    210g unsalted butter
    35g sugar powder
    100g condensed milk
    ◼ Storage method ◼
    - Store at room temperature and consume within 3 days. Refrigeration is not recommended because the bread becomes dry.

    만들수 있을거같아서...틀이 2개있어서 반배합으로 조물조물 해봤는데...빵반죽이 죽이 되버렸어요ㅠㅠ 아직 빵은 안되나바요ㅎㅎ역시 오베님은 능력자👏

    우와 너무맛있어보여요 혹시 건포도를안좋아하는데 다른 추천해주실 견과류나 건조과일있으세요?? 그리고 커피향이좀더진하게낫으면하는데 얼마정도 추가하면 될까요??

      크랜베리를 넣어주셔도 괜찮고 없으시다면 호두를 잘게 다져서 넣어주셔도 괜찮아요^^ 레시피대로 만들어도 커피향이 연한 편은 아니지만 조금 더 추가하고 싶으시다면 2g정도 더 추가로 넣어주시면 될 것 같습니다. ^^

    반죽은 해놓고 나눠서 다음에 굽고싶으면

      조금 더 하얀색의 크림을 만들고 싶어서 크림은 서울우유버터를 사용했는데 맛은 일반 노란색 버터를 사용해도 크게 다르지 않아요! ^^

      설탕이 많이 들어가는 빵에는 골드예요! 가정집에서는 레드, 골드 두가지 구비하기 어렵다면 골드 추천 드려요!
