Bipoc staff were fucked over but they were all horribly underpaid for doing multiple jobs. It was a shit situation for everyone.
@@CasperInkyMagoo They weren't overpaid. The BIPOC staff were underpaid. The white staff (for the most part, certainly including Molly) absolutely deserved the pay they got, but it's shameful and atrocious that the rest of them weren't also paid similarly.
The situation at BA was discriminatory and horrible, but by all accounts, it was the fault of management, executives, and a select few of the personalities, and others (including Molly) had nothing to do with it.
