Keanu Reeves and Donnie Yen going head to head is everything I've ever dreamed of plus we have other martial arts greats like Scott Adkins lending their talents to the movie as well! I can't wait until this next installment in the franchise releases.

Donnie Yen’s fight sequences in Flashpoint are some of my all time favorites. To see him in John Wick is a dream come true
That last fight scene between him and Collin Chou was epic..Great movie!!

Even his most recent MMA based action movie Raging Fire Donnie was killing it in that movie at 58 years old!
His MMA fights in Special ID were also great.

Disney's missing out on not giving Donnie Yen his own Star Wars show.
Maybe if Donnie changes his pronouns, Disney would give "them" the green light by then ;)

Movie #1 was the best. We had no expectations, no foreknowledge... And then Keanu took us for a ride...
Just give us Donnie in every film. I was so excited when I found out he was in the last Triple X film and now he's going up against John Wick. Donnie teased a while back playing Wei Shen in the live action adaptation for Sleeping Dogs but I've heard nothing since. I would also lose my shit if he was somehow in the next Kung-Fu Hustle.

I guess they gave little hints on what all will happen like John not instantly killing Winston for the betrayal(although I think it was planned for Keanu to get away) and all the things which will be seen again like the dog kills and desert(from JW: Chapter 3) and the disco rave fight sequence(JW : chapter 2 and chapter 1). The fight scene with Donnie is looking carzyyy, can't wait for it to release💪🏻

Honestly the first one is my favorite just because it had more emotion and felt more alive in my opinion and the others are good but it feels just like action and that’s it and I’m glad that it looks like there bringing more emotion in this it seems like
I don't understand why they haven't shown Scott Adkins as of yet, unless he's going to be in the last movie.

@Terry #27 - Scott Adkins is in the background of the first teaser trailer, I believe he is in both of the newer trailers especially the final trailer where he's the big guy in the gray suit with the grill/metal teeth saying "baba yaga". I think he's wearing a fat suit so he's not slim and fit Scott Adkins. He's the guy that looks like he ate Scott Adkins. 🤣

Keanu actually spent months training and getting good at nunchucks. So I'm sure it looks better than the quick snippet you see in this trailer.
I don't imagine Wick was trying to be particularly stylish with the nunchucks at that moment.

Donnie was in Blade 2 an eternity ago, and I was like YES OMG.. and then he died in 5 mins.
I was so dissatisfied (Wesley Snipes redeemed it tho)
Keep in mind that he was pretty much a nobody at the time. Didn't help that his career took a hit in the late 90s when he hospitalized 8 dudes for harassing his then-gf 'cos it set a bad example to the public.
Fortunately, Hero, which also came out that year, helped revitalize his career due to Jet Li persuading the director to bring him on.
I saw Marko Zaror in the trailer. I hope he gets some good fights in! Raul 'Dolor' Quinones seems to have done well for himself after the Prison Fight scene.

I just got finished watching an early Donnie Yen flick, "Beyond Escape" and I get THIS!!! Hopefully, this'll lead to Donnie Yen FINALLY getting his run in mainstream Hollywood action movies!!!! Various martial artists had their opportunity except him! I was hoping that this would've happened after Tarantino brought Iron Monkey to American Theaters & after that starred in & did the choreography for Blade 2 (Marvel should put his character, Snowman, into the comics as a rival for Blade, BTW.)...then Rogue One, but hopefully this'll make it happen! *I laugh at the cinema snobs that look down on Martial Arts/Action cinema; Especially when they're done this well.*

Hey Jaby, was waiting for ur reaction, just watched ur brothers, i know with ur background and being a fellow Donnie fan u wud be crazy excited for this...Its cool, ur right though he is a legend of cinema, from Ip Man, Hero and my favourite Legend Of The Fist: Return of Chen Zhen, its always crazy to me he hasnt been in more Hollywood movies. I mean he was in Blade 2 like 50 million years ago but otherwise Rogue One really, its a shame. I have always wanted Tony Jaa to be an international star but unlike Donnie Yen he doesnt speak perfect English thats why Donnie should be as famous in America as he is in China, along with Donnie skillz and charm...Anyway Jaby also so hyped for this, i still Luv John Wick 1 most, i dont agree with a lot of people though i thought John Wick 3 was better then 2, all the travel around the globe was mental and Halle Berry and her Dogs were a joy to watch..Big fan of the channel Jaby from Ireland. Donnie Yen is exciting, but I have to confess that John Wick is beginning to be very 'been there done that' to me. Yeah, the fight scenes are great, but I need them to try harder with the story; to not just have a premise, but rather, dimensional character arcs, tension, horror, and to not have antagonists that are fashionable-yet-generic boss fights in a videogame.
Donnie Yen is awesome! Super enjoy his movies and he was good in Rogue One and Mulan.
