Unfortunately I have trained people that claimed to be “Car guys” and knew less than Toonz. Should have just told them to play this. Keep it up T love the Video.
Yea never been much of a vehiclist myself, but no surprise that ToonZ knows whats up. I've learned quit a bit from my bro & other ppl but still learning. Also my bro has played this game. Maybe I should. It'd teach me A lot more. Hell learning just from watching ToonZ a bit mayb. Edit: (Hadn't finished the video, but I didn't even know this) 18:32, Should of known. If I've done any mechanic work it'd b changing tires (but not calibrate, just putting on spare after breaking down)
The blue icon is for scrap, which you'll need as you level up and upgrade parts. Hope to see this become a series, there's also a ton of car mods in the workshop which you can go search for and rebuild from the frame up
So if I were to get this game I could learn a good deal about fixing cars? Obviously I know there's some stuff it can't recreate but like learning parts a where they go?
@@soulfulmarch9611 As a non certified mechanic that has worked on his own vehicles for about 10 years I own the 2017 version of this game and it is surprisingly very detailed So yes you can actually learn a good deal about fixing cars And generally where stuff is
Not sure where you look in the options, but if you've unlocked a barn find location that means you can go get a project car for yourself that you can either keep after fixing, or flip for extra cash.
This game don't teach as much as you'll think, it does teach parts names, location, and how to take 'em off, and for the most part how to put 'em on. Tires need to be put on a certain way. It doesn't teach you how to use some of the tools however you get the basic idea of what they're for, for example the oil drain, it doesn't teach how to drain or use it and barely teaches where it needs to go, you'll need to look underneath for that one, doesn't teach how to fix for the most part. This game'll be good to learn the name, location, some tools, how to take off and mostly put on parts, and I'm sure there's a bit more too it, then again.. pro'lly not
Being from a family of car salesmen/ mechanics, I’m actually surprised how accurate this game is and how much you know about cars. Few teens know about how youre supposed to change your tires, so thank you for showing them
ironically I just loaded this game up when I got the notification. I'm so happy these simulators are getting the attention they deserve, these games are fantastic!
Love it bro. I'm a shade tree mech. I love things like this. This can educate people who dont know about cars what parts are where, what their names are, and the basics of auto maintenance. I'd love to see you keep going on this one. Rock on Mr. Toonzy!
Just so you know when there is disc breaks on the front and the rear that doesn't mean they are all the same size... the front and rear can be totally different sizes atleast in real life. So if u just order parts for everything based off of one you could end up sorry when trying to install
Hell ya. I love this game. It can be so sick and you can do so much. I hope Toonz plays long enough to restore cars from the junkyard and tune them up. This is definitely a longer game than gas station simulator.
Another one that i don't want to see end! Thanks Mr. Toonz sir; i even learned something new! i've not had to change a tire before (knock wood twice as i'm making a road trip from Dallas Texas to Spokane Washington in a week) but i now know to use your "star shape" method when putting a tire back on! Very much looking forward to more of this!
Yooooo! Cartoonz are you secretly a car guy? Your knowledge of this stuff is actually impressive tbh. The fact that you knew you had to balance the wheels after installing tires was totally unexpected to me. Good shit man. I'd love to see more of this. 💪
He is a car guy,he's got a few cool cars (NSX, R32, Mk4 Supra, Civic SI, BMW M4, etc.) and he commonly posts pics of them on his Instagram. He also did a few car videos on TH-cam in the past, such as driving on Tail Of The Dragon, visiting car meets, and him and Wildcat driving Ferraris, but unfortunately he rarely posts car videos anymore.
I naturally do the star formation when changing tires in this game because as a mechanic's daughter and growing up around cars, that is what I was taught.... I enjoyed this gameplay very much :) Also... the blue credits are scraps you use to upgrade and tune low-quality parts to better high-quality parts!
I work in a tire shop all I do is change and fix tires seeing you talk about doing it in a star pattern made me really happy. Love your videos keep it up
Hello cartoonz this is one of the most detailed mechanic game I know this because my family have been mechanics since the 1920s I'm looking forward to be come a mechanic myself please do more vids of this game
Look I own this game myself and would highly recommend getting the repair skill maxed and getting the repair shop and the fast hands perk. I also would recommend a welder and paint shop for full restorations and at least 30k for flipping cars. Hope this is helpful I geek out on this game and you playing this game I hope to see more but either way love your vids. Btw the blue parts are scraps you can use those to upgrade parts and make them worth more.
You’re definitely a good mechanic, running a strong garage; however, I would like to see more of you running the Dust Bowl. Absolutely love your gameplay and commentary. 😁👍
Last night I watched you play this Toonz. Now I have it for myself and I am being a car mechanic as well I have to say though it is very very calming and peace of mind to play this game so thank Toonz for playing this and giving me a reason to look forward to playing it.
To visit other areas click the map above the toolbox by the small door in the front. Also the blue points are scrap points, used for upgrading car parts, the scrapping station is an upgrade.

You can rebuild cars from the jank yard too but they would be in worse condition than the ones from the barn
You also have to be lvl 10+ in order to get to the barn finds. Also he has to pay for the cars in the barn finds.
Yo this stuff is damn near therapeutic, appreciating the new simulation content!
Why get therapy when you can watch this amirite
