HOW-TO Repair A Cracked Bicycle Seat + Re-Upholster Covering - Retfurb Vintage Refurb

In this video I take a damaged X-Lite PSS Kevlar Titanium bike seat and show the process I use to repair the plastic base. We will also remove the old kevlar covering and replace it with a new piece of kevlar material. Once this is completed, We will then add some fresh new decals to finish off the repair restoration.
We will do this using heat press vinyl, Showing the process involved.

The X-lite saddle was made around 1997.
They are a high quality lightweight saddle of the time and worth the repair process to keep it in use.
Lets see if we can restore it back to its former glory......
