Never had so much fun on two wheels (one wheel), since i bought my 690, my z900 has been collecting dust! A supermoto just does it all - And it's hella fun on a small track!
In Denmark definitely not a perfect city commuter because as you mentioned in the video the bike will be impounded in the first 5 minutes you had it. I did quite a few highway trips on mine. about 1100 km in one day without any comfort mods as the longest, so it is doable but not the best bike for the job. It is absolutely the most fun bike I ever had - Mine had the orange plastic kit but more or less the same ;)
Nice review. I've been trying to decide if I like the 500 or the 700 more. I doubt the actual cost will be that much different. I'll probably wait until the dead of winter to try to buy something so that it's the most affordable.
@@JCrozier1 I meant from factory original supermoto like 701or ktm Smcr 690 ,, and not maintanence evrytime you go on it , 501 and 350 those are origin a Dirt bike no ? you have to convert to supermoto no ?? İt doesnt come out from factory ready to use on Public Roads ? Plus the maintanence not like 701 or Smcr 690 evry 10.000 km .. İts by hrs you have to do oil & filter and etc ,,change and other maintanence , Im I right ??

What bike makes more fun, the FTR 1200 or the 701?

There is no difference on the price the only big diff is the power the maintenance n fuel tank capacity 501 is lighter tho
I dont think 501 is not road legal ,
I think only track use
And aloot of maintanence
@@bcuzismoke I think only supermoto on road legal is KTM 690 and 701 Husky others are for track use
They sell a 350, 501, and 701 all street legal. They also have the 350 and 501 off-road only. It's barely cheaper to get it without the extra lights.
