Hi Sami, i hope you not mind my feedback: I think at times , I speak fast myself but as a person with executive level functioning issues, I found it a challenge to listen, and absorb and think about what you were saying due to the high rate of speech in this video.
What pen were you using in the beginning, please? Thank you.

Yes sorry I do end up talking super fast sometimes. There is a way to speed up or slow down video speed. I like fast talking so I almost always adjust the playback speed to 1.5x or 2x and speed people up 🤣
