I store the classic tiles in the section for the parks. and stack the expert ones the same as you showed. that leaves just enough space for the meeples and fuel to still fit under the score pad.

Craig Roberts Several LED panels that are small but I do have these two larger flat panels and it's essentially a semi circle setup. space is limited! 😜 I do have one window for natural light and a daylight bulb.

I thought they should have done a thin tray to replace the cardboard underneath. Then the expansions sit in the in that tray.

What you said, but on top - Would be easier to take out a little expansion tray from the top than taking out the main insert I think ^^.
