    Hi. I have a question. Regarding Yf (LEWIS form factor), I think there are infinite numbers of stress parabola which are tangential to gear surface or root radius. How can we define the stress parabola?

      You use the same method. The I and J factors depends on whether your design is spur or helical. Look it up on AGMA.
