    Yet another one I want to try out. WOW, it's crazy how fast companies are releasing rinseless washes! Almost daily, somebody else is releasing their answer to the rinseless wash battles currently underway in the detailing community. Everybody thinks their product is the "ultimate", YET, who is the ULTIMATE? Somebody needs about six months to compile the 4,125 rinseless washes currently available and test each and every one of them and please let me know which one comes out on top! My cabinet can't fit too many more of these darned rinseless washes. I just need the king!

    Personal update for me on a coated car (that has never had any toppers or other additional protection) where I did a 50/50 wash:
    No perceivable change to coating hydrophobics or self-cleaning behavior. No extra dust/pollen attraction. Will test this coming winter to see if washing with it will contribute to salt-clogging of the coating like I have seen with other protective products.

    I've only played with Rrw a little bit so far, was using it to clean up and clay a spare set of wheels yesterday. The protection in it appears to be very very light, probably similar to CarPro EcH20. I'm going to do some 50/50 washes on my coated cars to see if it changes the water behavior and for how long, I'm going to guess most coatings will reject it pretty quickly. Definitely far less protection than something like Idrosave which seems pretty durable.

      @@MikeGDetailing it's definitely a unique scent. My nose got ruined that day by Magic Wheel Cleaner and my garage still stinks, so I haven't gotten a real good feel for the scent yet.
      I'm definitely looking forward to trying Hero, it might be my go-to when I want something different than Absolute.

    I've got a bottle on the way... I'm a bit skeptical for a rinseless that leaves something behind., but I guess it depends on the how much of something. This is normally because I don't want to clog up my wash media or my drying towels so they clean and wash at the best of their ability. I had used a sponge for my Idrosave and now my sponge feels completely different even after multiple cleaning attempts, just feels compromised compared to a fresh pure wash sponge. But if the protection is just for a wash experience and wipes off or washes off easily, then that's great. It seems like Hero might be like that.

    • @MikeGDetailing

      You should not have the same issue as Idrosave with rapid rinseless wash. I have only used Idrosave a couple of times and the sponge feels ok. It still does stain the sponge. For sure Hero won't do this.

    Ive only tried 2 RW's so far, Absolute and Ech2o, and i prefer Carpro. I feel the mitt glides easier. How do you think this compares to Ech2o for user experience?
    Also, does rw work better on cars with an lsp to help a mitt glide? I can't work out if I'm imagining this when comparing my mum's car (not clayed) to mine.
    Cheers. Thanks for the demo

    • @MikeGDetailing

      Similar user experience to carpro Ech2o. Having an LSP will make the wash process much easier.

    For the amount of dirt on your car I would have done waterless myself. Just a spray bottle and a few towels. I’m too lazy for rinseless unless the car is dirty. But thanks for the video.

      Thanks. I don’t do waterless washing. I will reach for a rinseless each time.

  • @EricRoz

    Just wondering, if most people will use a drying aid like ADS Amplify or anything else, does the lubrication when drying from the rinseless itself really matter? For example, when using rinsless in the interior, I don’t want anything slick left behind. If it doesn’t leave a slickness on interiors then I guess it doesn’t matter.

    • @MikeGDetailing

      A drying aid adds that fun factor for some. It’s not really needed with a rinseless wash. I do both and it just depends on my mood that day. The slickness in general is short lived.

  • @victoryensured7137

    I really dislike the more polymer rinsless washes, they kinda,,clog" my sponge and my bucket, they both feel,,oily" after a few washes, Absolute did it enormously and I truly hated it, and I feel it clogged also the coating on my daily (Gyeon CanCoat Evo) and masked it hydrophobics. I wanted to try this one though but it's funny how a company originating from Germany wich is well established here doesn't have this product here in Europe yet. It's annoying and probably why I shy from their products, shame. I know europe is a smaller market for rinsless but I mean cmon, it's growing, still huge shipment prices for ADS and weak availability just disappoints.

    • @MikeGDetailing

      @@victoryensured7137 if the dirt and grime on the car aka traffic film is on the oily side a polymer rinseless will behave in this manner where it makes the sponge slimy. I find it strange that Absolute masked the coating as it does not have any protection in it. What you could be seeing is that it’s not a strong enough cleaner to remove the road film.

    • @victoryensured7137

      @@MikeGDetailing Mike that's a super valid point, maybe its the coating itself that is clogged and i need to use a more alkaline product, or an acidic one! Thank you for your time and input, i will try this soon. And sorry if im a bit ,,complainy" lately :)

  • @DetailsNMe

    For a dirtier vehicle, could you dilute the prewash at 64:1..as more of a waterless wash before you do the rinseless contact?? Would that dilution help to encapsulate the dirt even more to start?? or do you feel the dilution wouldn't matter in this case? Is it protection such as the polymers thats left behind? or is there actual Si02 in this rinseless...like Idrosave? It looks like a solid product!!

    • @MikeGDetailing

      Firstly I believe it is polymer protection. I don't recall exactly if it was stated during the TRCMA session that KCX was on. But it is nothing like Idrosave it it does turn out to be ceramic. For your other question you most certainly can use a stronger dilution for a pre-soak if needed.

    How you would rank them between this one, Hero and Slick-x?

    • @MikeGDetailing

      Ooh this one is tough because lately slick-x has become one of my favorites. Hero would get my top voice and right now I would lean more towards slick-x but that is because I like the slickness it leaves behind from the ceramic protection.
