I’ve heard of this happening or online sales being all the reject/damages. I have only ordered a couple things online but thankfully they’ve been fine!
Every ever order I’m place online has had no issues as well! But for some reason, this bag was the exception & it’s so frustrating!
When I ordered the key pouch back in the Spring it was clearly a return! I sent it back and ordered another one (not an exchange). The 2nd one luckily was brand new. Even had covering on hardware.
I also somehow didn’t have a black leather bag that I could dress up or down. I have my eye on the YSL monogram clutch as you can add a chain. I said one luxury bag this year and this one seem practical!
I’m totally with you on doing ONE luxury bag only this year. It has to be one that really speaks to me. I alarm feel like a little black bag is SO versatile you really can’t go wrong no matter what! I’ve also looked into making the YSL clutch a crossbody or shoulder, but I still can’t get past how much I love the felicie chain.
I’m glad your new key pouch was clearly better condition. Maybe I should have returned and reordered. But even so, you’d think they would actually exchange it for another and not just the packaging!
Oh 100% I cant believe it. Good choice on the #9! The hard thing is, when your handbag heart is set on something (like the felicie) it is hard to be completely happy with something else😂
Amen sis! There are some days I wake up like "I wish I had the felicie" LOL. I had a wedding in May and I REALLY wish I had it to wear... UGH!
