Of course, the instrumental parts of the songs are incredible, but what Adrian did on this album was, and is to this day, mindblowing. You can feel the passion in his voice, no matter how many times you listen to it, and together with the huge sound of the instruments, great production and songwriting, "Singularity" stands out as one of my absolute favourite albums of all time.
For more goosebumps, I suggest the video for "Incube" by my favourite band Uneven Structure. The visuals are stunning, and gives the already amazing song an even greater impact. You will not regret it.
I do agree that Adrian did magnificent vocals on this album, but it also messed up his voice which is the reason he left.
Rory Houtman I know, it's very unfortunate that it messed up his voice. Luckily, we have this incredible album to really appreciate all the effort he put into it.
@@Kessellish you know I completely agreed until I heard Alien. Marcus finally bringing his own emotion and passion to the band and coming into his own.
Appreciate you doing this one, this song is hands down my favourite song ever. The lyrics and emotion in the vocals from Adrian give me goosebumps every time even though I've listened to this song nearly everyday since it was released!

Since my last comment 1 day ago I have listened to all Northlane albums and singularity like 6 times and this video like 20 times including Marcus bridges audition rendition video of this song. His rendition is super good too. Both different but both fucking awesome!

I tried really hard to like the new Northlane, but people always mistake cleans and screams. Marcus cleans are kind of fine (although I still prefer Adrians) but his screams are nowhere near Adrians sick screams. Sadly that's what also almost ruined his voice...

Did you read what I wrote? Technically you can easily say his cleans are better than Adrians. Like I said i prefer Adrians over his tho. Adrian has a more gritty, honest vibe that I don't get from Marcus, it seemed very wholeheartedly. I don't like the rather poppy approach that Marcus and other vocalists use, cause it takes away the very special unique honesty and feel typical for metal genres. That's a personal preference tho, hence "kind of fine".
The new singer sucks they should have gone with Shaun coar I just wished it was this area lineup forever
