Make spring end grounded between 270 degree to 300 degree.

I didn't get your question. You are asking about capped ends inside the options tab, i believe.
If yes, i can help you regarding that.
Yes bro
That is for surface sweep.
When you go for helical sweep, you get 2 options, solid and surface.
If you select surface, you can use cap end to close or open the ends.
