    Really like the way you explain the body, you should be able to succeed, just don't ever give up. Takes time to get people to realize your value of your teaching

    I don't understand what I have to contract when exhaling? The lower abdominal muscles or as if I try to hold up urine? You speak of pee-pee, which is urinating, then of a pea, then a black berry... I'm lost as to what to contract to do it right. Please enlighten me!!

    How can i get the benefits from episode 2 if I i cannot bend my legs? Is their another way?
