wow, you worked wonders with this wig. you look fabulous in it! you were right that at first the orangish-colored roots were not very realistic, but after you doctored it up, i LOVE it. you look lovely in that color. you just are not used to it.
Hi Jeanelle! A also really love the cut AND color.....it's the rooting that I don't like. I am hoping to help that with many suggestions I have been getting! Thanks for watching!
I have several Sheer Elegance wigs now and I love, love, love it! It’s way easier for me to wear than my Ignite. Despite the root you really look so freaking chic in this style! Catherine Deneuve move aside! I love watching you style your hair btw....I’m hopeless and watching your technique really helps me to get an idea of how to ‘work my wig’ myself. Thank you so much 😍
Funny that you did not like the colour because this is stunning on you. My favorite colour and style thus far....even without the adjustments you made. Gorgeous!
You're very resourceful on your styling, per usual. Great tips and ideas. I love the fill-in powder. I've been using that for awhile. It lasts long and cost effective compared to other brands. And like you said, its waterproof...I've never had any problems with sweat or rain.
I loved this review. I'm seriously considering Sheer Elegance and seeing the density and texture and cut on you convinced me it will work for me. I saw Taz's review as well and thought the wig looked too dense and poufy for my liking - just proves how the same wig can look so different on individuals. By the way, she looks great on you!
this is adorable on you! I wholeheartedly agree on the shade. i purchased the Sandy blonde in the Gabor Premium and Opulence and was so disappointed by the color. too butterscotchy for me but looks great on others. changing the root color definitely makes a huge difference! really enjoy your videos. TY!!💕💕
Hello Lotojunki! Thanks so much for your compliment. ;) YEAH...I am ok with the blonde color, but that root... who thought that was ok?! I am going to tackle the rooting on the whole wig eventually. Gotta watch some videos first to see how I will go about it! Thanks for watching, and have a great week! Hugs~
Hi Jill! I agree with you that the rooting is a strange shade - almost like hot roots! I do my own rooting on all of my wigs with root spray b/c I find the manufacturer roots too dark or too long for my preference. On my wigs without a mono top (like this one) I spray directly onto the parted area with light little bursts. I have sprayed the inside of caps before but didn't like the stripes I got from the wefts. For my mono top wigs, I spray the root spray on some foil and apply with a synthetic makeup brush. The one I use is L'Oréal root cover up in light to medium brown. Be careful b/c I have found the root spray is more or less permanent. Good luck playing around! This is a very cute style - I hope you are able to modify it to your liking! Take care, Caroline
Hi there Caroline! This is so very helpful! Thank you for taking the time to post this! I just didn't logically understand how spraying the inside of the cap would work??? This is awesome, thank you! Hugs~
You can use Fanci-full wash out hair color/toner on it to streak in for lowlights and give a better root color. It comes in many shades. I toned down a too gold wig using it and it worked great. I have also added a dark root to a light blond wig that had not root. It looked great and allowed me to wear the wig with confidence. I have Sheer Elegance in 18/23 and am in love with it!
Hey Michele! Wow, that's amazing that the part went back! It's too late for this one because I used the root powder on it. ;) I think I can make it work. SO good to know if it happens again...and it will, I am sure! LOL Thanks for watching!
I LOVE your honesty!! Please stay true to us, your loving viewers. I've seen other videos where the rooting was darkened by spraying the inside cap with a temporary spray on color. Have you ever considered?
Hey Jill, First of all. You look stunning no matter what hair you’re wearing. The things you can achieve are amazing. I’m a root addict too and wanted to share a tip with you for a more permanent solution. I’ve been using this method for years and it never fails. I use furniture touch up markers. You can get them at Lowe’s or Home Depot. Get the set because you may use cherry or maple or walnut depending on the wig color. The marker scent fades quickly and it won’t wash out in your fabric softener bath. Give it a try, you’ll like the results. Keep the chats coming! Take care. - Lori
Thank you for watching! I do like this one...the cut, and even the shade of blonde, but those roots .... I still need to do something about them. ;) I am thinking about purchasing another in a different color.
Hi Donna! Thank you! I do love the style too. I had fun styling it at the end of the video. It is really versatile, and love that! It is perfect for Summer! Thanks for watching!
I understand getting a wig where the color is all wrong and its too late to return. I have one that after wearing it a few times I just couldn't deal with the color. It was all wrong for me. Good job with the root powder it really transformed the wig on you. I always hold my breath when I order a wig not sure of what the color will actually look like :) Happy Mothers Day
Hello there, Angie! Yes, It is a bit of a crap shoot! That's why once I find a color I like...I stick to it! (Shaded Praline) ha! A new line...it's so nerve wracking! Those little sample rings really don't help either! Thanks so much for watching, and Happy Mother's Day! Hugs~
OH HELP JILL!! I bought this wig because it looked so cute on you... how do you undo the crisscross part? help please. have you done a video on it? tried to find but couldn't... thanks soooo much...
Hi ...I recently returned one ..Shannon by Rene of Paris...looked great in a review on me.. nah . Plus I prefer rooted colours...but I have to say simply wigs here in the uk are great ...I returned with no problem and the money is straight back in my account ...I order now knowing if I really can't keep it I can return. I'm still wanting to try the Raquel Welch you have but can't seem to get the rooted biscuit here..still searching eight wigs down the line for that one is me...I shall solder on. Thank you for you great reviews and tips.xx
I recently learned from Patti's Pearls that the SS in a Gabor wig stands for "soft shade" not "shadow shade" like other brands. Since my bio hair is snow white (since 18!) it blends perfectly. My Soft and Subtle is in this color. I hate the super dark roots bc they look fake on me and I have to make my peekaboo bio hairs dark brown with root powders. I love this on you! It actually looks far more realistic on you, I think! If you want to sell it, let me know! All the best! Thanks for all you do!
Hi again..I have used a spray on one of my wigs that my daughter uses in brown (for her slight grey hairs) one reviewer here sprayed the inside of the cap and that seemed to work a treat and rooted the blond ,I was worried at first but it dried and is waterproof. I must try that gel ,I can't bear that shines look.x
Hi Kathleen Ryan! First off...I LOVED your collab with Taz! You rock those reds..really super pretty! I will check out the buttered biscuit! Thank you so much for your compliment AND for watching!
Oh I'm so glad you liked Taz's pixie bonanza..she is so sweet and I was thrilled she invited me to participate. I've always loved being blonde but I am loving my reds of late..lol
Hi Kathleen! You look AMAZING in those reds! (blonde too). You just have a perfect skin tone for the reds. Are you naturally a red head / auburn?? Thanks for watching, and have a great week ahead! hugs~
Oh I wish..no I have that typical used to be blonde now its that dirty blonde or dark blonde that can look almost gray..yuck. Lol Have a wonderful week..:-)
Hi Jill, OMG I think it looks so pretty on you ! The color is beautiful on you, you can make the roots darker by getting the LOreal root cover up, very easy, and Taz I think has a review on adding roots, but it looks great I think, that is my color I always get, I love it ! This one isn't choppy enough for me, I love the razored cut ones.. ox Denise PS what did you use for your roots??
Gotta say...you look glamorous in that color. I empathize tho, cuz I just bought one and it's too light for for me. I did the same...put it on, broke the part and then...OMG just did not like the color. Style, etc., is perfect. It hurt my heart a little. I did the same to my wig, i.e., rooted it as best I could. That helped (sorta). Soooo love your honesty!!!! You made lemonade...LOL
Hi Jill, Just wondered if you thought this was a good sister style to Ignite? I have the ignite, but they dont last very long - thought this may be an alternative ? Would greatly appreciate Your Thoughts? xox
Hi, Jill Lynn. You make it look so easy! I'm not courageous enough to really mess with my wigs a lot, but you give me hope that if I keep styling - and styling! - , it'll look good. . So far, this Sheer Elegance is just a bunch of static hairs in my eyes and face and I've totally lost the part. Sigh. Does the dry shampoo help with the static? I also have Jon Renau spray & gel, so I guess I need to get in there & rough it up! Thanks for your videos!
Hi Patricia! Product does help with static/fly-a-ways some....but, not entirely I have found. I am a believer of 'taking charge' of those fibers in that wig! The shorter styles I can 'tame' the fly-a-ways with the products I use (including dry shampoo)...the longer styles (like Mena) It's more challenging to tame the ones that just to hang out in my face all day! I am constantly moving them out of my way, until finally...I clip it back entirely! I am going to experiment with some 'actual' human hair, hair spray just for that reason. I feel as long as the hair spray is water soluble and will wash out ... it should be fine. I don't know...I'll have to look into that! ha! Thanks for your post, and for watching! Definitely 'gently' get in there and play with your wigs...you would be surprised how you can change it up, and create a more realistic look and feel! Hugs~
If you want a darker root buy a light brown acrylic ink. It’s thin, you can pain it in and it looks totally natural. I just purchased the wig and I wish they put more stacking in the back also. I bought SS Sunkissed beige and I don’t see a root at all. However, I’m very fair and can get away with it.
HA Jill, the thing I do like is that there is not that stacked look. Just not for me. I am going to look into this one. My only complaint about Gabort is the DREADFUL shine. I would think that since there are so many people who complain about excess shine Gabor would address this complaint. Thanks for your work. I sure appreciate all the kindness you reviewers show to us!
I am not sure the reason...but, I have heard others say that blondes get extra silicone in the manufacturing process...so, they tend to be shinier. I do agree...it's the downside of those regular synthetic fibers. :( Thanks so much for watching, Dorothy...and your kind words. :)
the rooting on that color is so good for an ashy color. I wish the wig companies told if their colors are gold or ashy. some do great with that. I am an ashy person and gold is aweful on me! I use a dark spray to darken roots on cheap wigs with no rooting. I like that. Taz has that color in some style because it's mentioned how gold the roots are. may be Soft and Subtle or Sweet Talk.
Hi Jill I really liked this also on you you suit the short wigs. If you do decide to go down the track of spraying the roots could you show us how you do it as I have a wig that I would love to do it on so I would trust you judgement.
Thanks so much Judith! YES, I will do that...good idea! That way if I make a mistake you guys can learn from it! Haha! Let's hope I don't though! LOL Thanks so much for watching, and have a great week!
You are right on about commit more with wigs please wigmaker's! Like feathering, full bangs and stacked back. I can't and will not cut my wigs I don't know anybody who cuts them.
Hi Jill, you make hair styling look so easy! Rooting and heat styling options aside..... how do you think the cut and fibres of Sheer Elegance compares to Ignite? I fancy a brunette stacked bob but I’m not really drawn to the JR colours - this looks like a great alternative? Is the cap tighter than Ignite’s?
Well, there is a definite difference w/ the shaping of Ignite and this one. Ignite really hugs the nape...this one does not. That is probably my biggest gripe with this one....it really could use more shaping in the nape area. There is also more layering in this one with less of the length in the front that Ignite has. Fiber wise...they both are great. I do love this one though, and have considered ordering in a different color! I know this probably doesn't help much. :(
Hi Jill I am new to your channel and I am truly enjoying it and learning alot !! What wig were you wearing in the beginning of this video? It looks amazing on you :)
Spraying inside the cap makes a great rooted look. It's a cute blonde but not a natural look...a root is so needed!! Love the style tho. Great for summer What color is Soft and Subtle? I love love the color!
Hi Jane! Yes, I plan on trying to do something with that root. Would love it if it could be something more permanent so I wouldn't have to do it each time it is washed. ;) I have a wig chat on the soft & subtle! This one is in color SS Honey Pecan! I wish I would have ordered the Sheer Elegance in the same color. :( Thanks for watching!
Janis Huey I definitely am picky... these aren’t inexpensive and I have to really like it, because if I don’t...I won’t wear it. 😉 Thank you so much for your nice compliment! I liked the style ok. The color even... but that root color was a no. 😉
Hi, I see what you mean regarding the rooting, saying that it's a great style on you. I've just returned two as I just did not like the colours it's so hard to tell, but simply wigs here in the uk are great and the money is straight back in my account so I just try on and as you say can't really play around too much and then return. I really want to try the Raquel Welch wigs you have but can't seem to find the shaded biscuit here and I really prefer rooted. Oh well eight down the line now and still searching for the one. Xx
Hello Hekate! Yes, LOVE the Shaded Biscuit! I know that it is only offered in the 'True To Life Fibers' which is their heat defiant fibers. ;) The Shaded Biscuit is a rooted blonde and I love that about it! I have returned one to wigs.com and they are definitely more forgiving with their returns...because, I did mess up the part a bit. Thanks so much for watching! Hugs~
Hi Jill. I don't have my own channel, but am faithful to a few mature women like you who struggle with wigs. I'm not big on leaving comments. I either think the lady wouldn't be interested if I disagree with her and if I agree, then she has plenty of people who agree with her. Lately when a comment seemed to mean a lot, I've questioned my habit of staying in the shadows. You are one whom I tend to follow. I'm a retired teacher, a pianist and an author. I love all things wigs. I'm always surprised when you don't like the color of your sheer elegance. I love it. In my opinion it compliments a fragile loveliness in your skin.. let me know how you feel about a dissenting voice. My best, another mature lady.
Hi there, Jeanelle! First off....thank you for watching my little channel here! I sure do appreciate it. ;) Thank you for your kind compliment as well! I do like this color, however those roots are something to be desired... I am not a fan of the subtle orange 'hue'. PLEASE don't stay in the shadows! I absolutely love getting to know my subscribers...and reading and answering comments is how I do that! ;) Thanks for taking the time to post, and hope to see more! Hugs to you, and have a wonderful evening!
What is that wig you're wearing at the front of the video? That's beautiful! Actually, I think that Sheer Elegance wig looks lovely on you but I agree, it needs the darker root
Hi Jill, Another PNW'er here (Portland). I see what you mean about this color--and appreciate seeing a wig color that doesn't quite work for you (is your Crowd Pleaser still in play? I'm curious about its longevity...). Yet I wonder about colors: I, too, have Soft n' Subtle in SS honey pecan, but mine looks brunette--not light blond! I wonder if some Gabor wigs pull lighter, or more dynamic, than others...
Hello Lexicron! HELLOOO Portland neighbor!! Yes, my crowd pleaser is doing pretty well. I shampooed her, and she got VERY VERY dry. it was the first time I washed her, so I was VERY upset! However, I think the Silk Spray I got from Cysterwigs has helped it quite a lot. I wore it again yesterday for awhile. It is one of my favorite go to , every day wigs. I want to try the fabric softener soak too. I think the fact that we are on a well (hard water)..that is is playing havoc with my wigs. I think I need to use distilled water! Yeah, I wonder as well about the color variances. I do have to say...that my camera did not pick up the color very accurately. Especially inside on this one...it IS more brown than it appears. Outside, it does lighten up quite a lot! Thanks for watching today! Hugs~
I'm finding that Envy's Renu & Repair (also on cysterwigs) works a lot better than the Silk stuff. No idea why. Also, I usually wash these babies in softener, not soap. The biggest thing is to rinse them over and over in coldest water.
Hi there!! You wash in fabric softener? OH..I am going to try this. Does it get them clean though?? I will also try that other stuff you mentioned. I like the Silk spray ...but it's quite oily..(well, it's silicone...that makes sense! LOL) Thanks for the tips!
Hi, was wondering if you found a solution to the roots? Style is great. You can have your stylist stack it more in the back. The shedding would concern me however.
Hello Ann! No, I haven't messed with it yet. ;) I have worn her once in public with clips in her (my video 'Monday Gab Sesh) I am wearing her from that same day...and she seemed to shed a LOT less. ;) Many people here have me lots of possible rooting solutions, but I haven't been brave enough to try! I will eventually...because I really love the wig, the fit...and the blonde color! Thanks for watching, and have a great weekend! hugs!
I loved this wig and being that I have stage 4 cancer I would be willing to purchase this from you if interested. I love all your videos and you look fabulous in all your wigs
Hi do you still like your gabor soft and sutbtle . im thinking of ordering one after seeing it on you. you look lovely in all of the by the way. Many thanks.
Hi Deborah! Sorry it took me a bit to answer your post! First...thank you so much for you sweet compliment. I do like this one. I would say my complaint would be that it tends to want to stick to the cap in the crown, and back area. I like more lift in the fibers. SO that means that eventually as the day wears on...it can look like a helmet, and I am always needing to fluff it. ALL wigs do this though...they always need to be combed through (w/ the JR wide tooth pick delio)...no matter what wig it is. That is probably one of my big pet peeves w/ wigs in general. ;) This one tends to do that a little more than most. Also..there are quite a lot of those little pieces that stick up...I have noticed more the more I wear it. WITH all this said...I do love this one, and would probably order it again. I know...but, it is the only wig I have in this wavy pattern, and I do enjoy the over all style. ;) Thanks for watching!!
Did you cut the back of this wig, because it looks shorter than in the beginning? By the time you styled & played with the wig, I think it ended up looking stunning.
Your so right about the should have put a stack in very back and see creators don’t to details and tweaking. We shouldn’t have to try to hire a customizer
wow it looks stunning on you on my screen! sorry you dont like it in person. blondie locks youtube had a way to spray loreal root cover (temp and can shampoo out) inside the cap to add roots. i think fauxhairfabulous also had some experiments on her old or too light bleach blonde wigs. and some other wig vloggers dittoschi added brown magic marker streaks. good luck with it. xo
Hello Regina! Thank you! I do love the shape/style and would even be ok with the general blonde color...those roots are just awful! Everyone has been really helpful, and I am definitely going to pursue fixing it. I will search those videos out before I attempt anything! Thanks so much for watching! Hugs~
I tend to agree with the anti-reddish-root contingency. OTOH, yesterday I was wearing JR"s Karlie in 14/26ss (reddish roots), and I swear, a woman--a stranger--came up to me and gushed about my fabulous hair. And how did I make it so shiny??? (No joke.) And is that my real root color? Who did it? Et cetera. Goes to show...
Hi Jill, I see what you mean about the rooting color. Hmm... I have never had this shade so I didn't realize that the "rooting" was not really rooting. Could you possibly spray some L'oreal root spray on it in light to medium brown? If you are interested in doing this, I think you will find a great "how to root a blond wig" video, on "Blondielocks" channel. I love how you have styled "Sheer Elegance", though. I think you look really lovely in it. I also think this shade of blond in itself, is very pretty on you. I think if you could darken the light reddish rooting you may find yourself much more comfortable in this piece. I noticed a big difference when you shaded in the hairline with a brownish colour of powder. This really seemed to have helped things come together. Watch "Blondielocks" video but until you do, rooting the entire wig with L'oreal root spray(light-med.brown) is as easy as turning your wig inside out and spraying the entire INSIDE of the wig EXCEPT the lace on the lace front. Then turn it back the right way and you will see the darker rooting all over your wig. This should completely cover up the reddish rooting that is bothering you. I wonder why Gabor would root their light blond wigs like this? I own a few Gabor wigs but all in G8-29, a shade without rooting. I have seen several of Taz's videos and I think she may own "Dare to Flair" by Gabor in 14-22ss but I don't recall noticing the rooting on her wig to be so reddish in tone. Perhaps, you may want to ask Terri(Taz) about this because I am wondering if you may have received a wig that has an actual defect in it (an error with the rooting). If this is the case, you should be able to exchange this wig, regardless of having adjusted the part . I do however, think you could certainly wear this one, just as it is and still look striking. I think people would only see you looking beautiful, once again, rather then notice anything about the shade of your roots. I do realise it is about you yourself being comfortable with your hair though, as apposed to what others will think. Well, good luck with "Sheer Elegance". Have a lovely Mothers Day, Jill and I am sending warm thoughts your way! I thank you for your interesting and informative video.
Hello Jacey! Thanks so much for this helpful comment! I had no idea you could spray the inside of the cap like that to root it! I will watch those videos you mentioned. That give me hope. That root color is horrendous! I have no idea why anyone would think that color was a good option for a root...or anywhere! Thanks again for taking the time to post this, and for your compliment! Hugs~
The rooting is realistic for real blonde hair. It looks nice on you. For real blondes, this is a good thing as the dark roots look odd to us at first. I got used to them, but it took a long time and my own roots are blonde.
I agree...the rooting would make it SO much better if it were darker. I am gonna do something about that! Lots of people are giving me excellent ideas.
I personally find it so hard to find a wig with with very natural root shading..I'm a natural very light blonde ( from scandinavia) meanjng i dont dye my hair .and most blonde wigs either have no roots at all ( most of us blondes have a little darker at the roots naturally) this is finally a wig that looks like my own hair..I dislike wearing a wig that looks like I dye my hair lol...so anyway...thank you for the wig review...great review as alwasy
You could sell it on Ebay at a discounted price. Taz sells used wigs as does another youtuber, Go Kaleo Style. There are people that will by used wigs.
It is really a nice, classy style! I had fun styling it at the end of the video. LOTS of looks with this one...very versatile! I think it would look great on you...with that amazing jawline of yours. ;) Thanks for watching, Marla! Hugs~
I have to tell you, I love this on you! Color looks great, style does too. Do you ever wear a lipstick with more color? I suspect that would make all the difference with some of your issues with the color.
Hello! That may be a good idea! I tend to wear very light colors on my lips. ;) I have other very light wigs (shaded biscuit in the RW line)...but, this one's root color REALLY throws me off! I love your channel by the way. ;) Thanks so much for watching, and for the sweet compliment! Thank you! Hugs~
wow, you worked wonders with this wig. you look fabulous in it! you were right that at first the orangish-colored roots were not very realistic, but after you doctored it up, i LOVE it. you look lovely in that color. you just are not used to it.
Thanks so much, Kimberly! I appreciate you watching, and for taking the time to post this kind comment!
@@JillLynnBeautyTherapy you are so very welcome :) have a wonderful day.
Geez . I love the cut and the color. The color is a beautiful contrast to your fair skin
Hi Jeanelle! A also really love the cut AND color.....it's the rooting that I don't like. I am hoping to help that with many suggestions I have been getting! Thanks for watching!
Your rooting really made the difference! Another good lesson for all of us! Thanks.
Thank you! Something had to be done! haha! Thank you for watching! ;)
I have several Sheer Elegance wigs now and I love, love, love it! It’s way easier for me to wear than my Ignite. Despite the root you really look so freaking chic in this style! Funny that you did not like the colour because this is stunning on you. My favorite colour and style thus far....even without the adjustments you made. Gorgeous!
Thank you, Anne! If it weren't for the weird root color..I would really like the color. ;) Thanks so much for watching, and for your kind comment!
You're very resourceful on your styling, per usual. Great tips and ideas. I love the fill-in powder. I've been using that for awhile. It lasts long and cost effective compared to other brands. And like you said, its waterproof...I've never had any problems with sweat or rain.
Thank you so much, Julie!
I love that color on you and I think it looks fabulous.
Jill, I think you look beautiful in this hair. Great review and absolutely love your honesty. 🙌😘🤗
Thank you! You are sweet. Happy Mother's Day!
Jill, you make all wigs look great. You're very talented at styling them!
this is adorable on you! I wholeheartedly agree on the shade. i purchased the Sandy blonde in the Gabor Premium and Opulence and was so disappointed by the color. too butterscotchy for me but looks great on others. changing the root color definitely makes a huge difference! really enjoy your videos. Hi there Caroline! This is so very helpful! Thank you for taking the time to post this! I just didn't logically understand how spraying the inside of the cap would work??? This is awesome, thank you! Hugs~
I think it looks beautiful on you and like what you did with the root powder!

Great idea, Kerrygrl! I love the Sheer Elegance...and I'll have to try that rooting idea with the Fanci-full rinse. Thanks for watching!
Ok my first comment was at beginning of video... By the end... Omg yes wear it just like you showed last 10 seconds! Miracle worker you are my dear!
Thank you, Denise! I appreciate you watching it to the end! LOL Hugs~
I just returned a wig last week where I re-parted it. Shake it out and the criss-cross may come back. It did for me. 💙
Hey Jill,
First of all. Take care. - Lori
I agree with you....I like the darker roots on you. This wig, however, color, cut and all really looks good on you. Thank you for all the wig help.
Thank you for watching! I do like this one...the cut, and even the shade of blonde, but those roots .... I still need to do something about them. ;) I am thinking about purchasing another in a different color.
I know it's all about how you feel about it but I think it looks amazing on you. The cut and color makes you look younger.
Hi Shawnda! Thank you so much! Hey, if it makes me look younger....I am all over that! haha! Thanks for watching! hugs~
I love this wig on you, all time favorite look!
I think this wig looks adorable on you, so many styling options too for a shorter wig. Love it!
Thank you, Elaine! It is really pretty, sleek and fun!
This is really a cute wig. Love the length. Looks great on you. Great summer wig.💓😍💓Donna
Hi Donna! Thank you! I do love the style too. I had fun styling it at the end of the video. It is really versatile, and love that! It is perfect for Summer! Thanks for watching!
Where can I buy the wig powder you use?
Thank you!
I think that looks amazing on you! Thanks for the review!
wow what a transformation. Looks beautiful. love to wear behind the ears too, but I also wear glasses so it's not always comfortable.
I love this color on you! Nice change!
Just starting with all this and I so appreciate all the details you give in your reviews.
Hi Sunday! I don't know how I missed you comment? Thank you so much for watching, and for your nice post!
Love love love your ideas on rooting it...adorable on you. I love mine in ss buttered biscuit.
Kathleen Ryan n
Hi Jill, OMG I think it looks so pretty on you ! The color is beautiful on you, you can make the roots darker by getting the LOreal root cover up, very easy, and Taz I think has a review on adding roots, but it looks great I think, that is my color I always get, I love it ! This one isn't choppy enough for me, I love the razored cut ones.. ox Denise PS what did you use for your roots??
I ruined a wig with that aLoreal root touch up:-(( I even watched several tutorials on rooting your wigs
@@judyanne3563 how?
Love watching you play with all the styling
Wow! Looks great after you styled it love it!
When the right side was flipped out a bit so cute!
You CAN return a wig if you’ve combed out the criss cross part. I’ve done it many times!
Both the shape and color look better on you than you think!
Love that wig. And love the color!
I love the colour that your wearing it's gorgeous looks great happy Mother's Day 💕💕💐💐💐
Awww. thank you, Heather! Happy Mother's Day to you as well, and have a wonderful week ahead! Hugs~
Lynn why not use powder darker at the root areas ?
It is so easy ... Go to Sally's and get root spray to darken the roots...it is easy.
Hi Cindy! I have never tried root spray, only the root powders. I will check it out! I appreciate everyone's tips here! Thanks for watching!
Maybe if you brushed in a darker blonde or brown gray coverup product you may like the wig better. It is a pretty color
Love this on you...Color too! I have one in Buttered toast...You might prefer that blonde.
I'll check that color...yeah, this blonde is fine but that rooting color is just awful!
Jill, you are soooper picky! You look so pretty and the color and style are flattering, in my opinion.
Janis Huey I definitely am picky... these aren’t inexpensive and I have to really like it, because if I don’t...I won’t wear it. 😉 Thank you so much for your nice compliment! I liked the style ok. The color even... but that root color was a no. 😉
Looks great after the root powder!
Hugs~
Is this color ashy or warm or neutral??
You are rockin both these wigs!
Thank you, Lavon!
What are root powders? I didn't realize root colors could be changed.
You know you can dye your synthetic wigs with Ritz dye for synthetics. Revell Mach, Gig harbor, WA blessings to you and thank you😊
I think it looks adorable on you! Very cute.
Thank you, Jan! Thanks for watching!! Hugs~
What is that wig you're wearing at the front of the video? That's beautiful! Actually, I think that Sheer Elegance wig looks lovely on you but I agree, it needs the darker root
Hi Jill,
Another PNW'er here (Portland).
Thanks for watching, and have a great weekend! hugs!
You can get rooting powder- it’s lovely really on you
I loved this wig and being that I have stage 4 cancer I would be willing to purchase this from you if interested. I love all your videos and you look fabulous in all your wigs
Hi Kathe! I have already sold this one. ;) Thank you for inquiring, and hope you are feeling well. Hugs to you, and thank you for watching!
I love this wig on you!
Can you use root powder to make darker roots?
What if I don’t have enough hair in front of my ears to take some out?
You look gorgeous!! very flattering!
That is the most beautiful wig I've ever seen on you! The back is great!
That wig looks great on you!!!💋💋💋
It's really beautiful on you! I like it so much I just added it to my wishlist :-)
Did you cut the back of this wig, because it looks shorter than in the beginning? By the time you styled & played with the wig, I think it ended up looking stunning.
Hi! No, I didn't cut it in any way. ;) Thank you for your kind compliment!
I think u look GREAT in that wig. Good style and color..very pretty..but just my opinion. Good review..thanks
In the video I think the rooting looks really nice.
Beautiful makeup! Love the video
Thank you, Haley! Very sweet of you to take the time to let me know...and thanks for watching! Hugs~
What style wig are you weRing in this video I really like it
Hi Debera! Do you mean in the beginning? That is Soft & Subtle! REALLY cute one. ;)
I love this color on you!!!
Thank you, Linda! If only the root was a better color. :( I will fix it, I am determined! Thanks for watching!
Have you sold it?
Jill, what wig are you wearing at the start of the video ?
xtreemflame Gabor Soft and Subtle in Honey Pecan. 😉
Yeah it's a bit pale for you how about spraying root spray might darken it down a bit. It's not horrible it's a lovely wig great style xx
I agree...the rooting would make it SO much better if it were darker. I am gonna do something about that! Lots of people are giving me excellent ideas.
I love the colour on you Jill, but as you say the root is too red. Still a very natural looking wig
Hi there! Thank you, and I am so happy you found this helpful!
You could sell it on Ebay at a discounted price. Taz sells used wigs as does another youtuber, Go Kaleo Style. There are people that will by used wigs.
I love that wig style.
It is really a nice, classy style! I had fun styling it at the end of the video. LOTS of looks with this one...very versatile! I think it would look great on you...with that amazing jawline of yours. ;) Thanks for watching, Marla! Hugs~
The colour looks awesome!
Why dont you like it?!
I love the color...it's the rooting color I really dislike. ;)
Thank you! Hugs~
I agree about the root color- not great! But, I do like that style on you a lot.
In my opinion the color with your fair skin gives you a lovely Swedish look. Take advantage of the beauty of your fairness.
Aww...thank you! I love this. :)
