Realtor, Eric Gross who was an awesome contributor to the Moving to Orlando aspect of the DIS and who seems to have been "ex-communicated" from the DIS, sold this buyer her home last year. I remember it being posted in the Facebook Group. Unfortunate to see Pete & Sean pulling in buyers that Eric worked with instead of featuring their own. Not cool. Luckily, for our family looking to make the move, Eric is still providing great & helpful information on his Instagram and new Facebook Group "Magical Moves."
@@NoWayOut1111 Thank You! I am glad my happiness shows. I love it here. You never know if an opportunity shows up for you. It didn't for us until we actually looked for it and things lined up :)
Melissa, it's like i can see myself through you. Your happiness really shows. I'm also from Puerto Rico and planning to move to Orlando very soon. My only concern is getting a job with good salary. I'm a civil engineer, however i currently work as a real estate appraiser which has been my line of work for the past 7 years. I'm waiting for a license to be able to work in Florida, so i hope to be telling a story very similar to yours very soon!. Thank you!
I'm a huge fan of Disney, I'm planning to move to Orlando soon, so these videos have given me confidence that I am making the right decision. Thank you and please, we want more.
I’m loving these moving to Orlando videos. I know your main focus is houses, especially because you have realtors BUT can you do a series or at least a couple videos on rentals and apartment rentals. Good complexes and areas. Reason being not everyone is ready to buy as soon as you move. Some people want to explore before choosing a house. This would be very helpful to some people.
That’s my #1 concern about moving to Orlando-the schools. Friends of our who live in Davenport and Kissimmee think we’d be foolish to move from PA based on schools alone.
My experience has been that the more affluent the neighborhood is, the better the schools are. There could be other social-economic factors weighing in. I've attended a '2' rated school and a '7'. I'm not of the belief that the rating on the school really mattered. Having a structured and healthy home life, friends, and an active community are the best indicators for success. Higher density metro areas will have more options for classes espceially for gifted/AP students. Magnet schools are the best.
Has having these conversations reignited your enjoyment of, and appreciation for, living so close to the parks? You seem to be enjoying hearing other people stories.

Love this series so far. Would you consider doing an episode on Canadians buying and moving to Florida as Snowbirds?
Thank you!!

John, I am in PA too, and have heard that as well. What side of Pennsylvania are you on?
@Terry Kowalewski Did you guys move from Florida then? Do you think all schools in Florida are bad, or just Orlando? Thanks!
Nikki Nikita hi Nikki. I’m in the philly burbs. Some very schools in this area.
This was a really good video!
