I don't actually hate this game, but this last grind to get Rei to 50 was painful. It's hard enough to win as a support when your dps or flanks aren't consistently good game after game, and it's even harder when grinding an off support who shines while pocketing teammates and dueling enemies, not solo healing an entire team. In this particular match, who knows whether it would have gone better had I picked a different support for this team comp? I got into paladins after seeing it for free on the Nintendo store (I play on the switch) and decided to give it a try and I’m so glad I did! You were the first paladins TH-camr I started watching to learn more about it and get better so thank you for everything you’ve done and continue doing! Also on average how long does it take to get a character to lvl 50 ?
It took me anywhere from 25-35 hours for each of my champions that are currently at level 50. It will take more time if you lose most of your games, and you can also greatly increase the rate at which you get a golden champion if you play during a double xp weekend. At almost all points during leveling a character, I played in a party to get the party xp booster, and owned the event pass for its xp booster.
Rei shield damage reduction and MS is op. Without the link heal card she got no heal at all. But with that card you basically turn into IO from dota 2 lmao
Yeah but I still find her underwhelming with it. Like, sure she heals… but 150 health per second on ONE target is still garbage. You need her shared heal skill to compliment and then you got actual healing. Nothing about her kit is that strong and her cards mostly suck really bad. Let’s not even talk about the garbage she has for talents. Io(from this game) heals better than her. FAR better and has a multi purpose pet and a PROPER escape option. Rei got the low end of the stick sadly.
Nice video! I love your champ guides. I will say that your Rei load-out sorta confused me. Following the nerf to her reduce damage and ult charge cards, I can’t help but think that those cards only belong in dedicated loadouts for them. Ie: Moonlight Stroll is a duelist rei loadout, ult charge in a loadout you only use against teams that won’t threaten you or your back line. You went what looks like a mix of restraint and healing / ult charge, which is something I do need to experiment more with. I’d recommend going full damage rei (5 stroll, 5 Link Target Cooldown Reduction (just constantly cycle it for shorter cool downs between fights or during teamfights), 3 Aico Forces, and then 2 fillers). Or you could go solo heal Rei, using Extension (5 Ult Charge, 3 Magic in Blood, 3 Link Target Cooldown redux, 3 Aico Forces, 1 ammo). Using those may increase the fun you have with the champion, if you ever pick her up again or are asked to play her by a viewer reward. Thanks again for the vid, looking forward to the next one!
I just got my Rei gold! She is the first support I actually like playing. Bad Dps and flanks make it a struggle, when they expect you to chase them around the map and then blame you when they die. I have to keep spamming in chat "If I don't see you I cant heal you!" Over and over. Gotta play as a team, protect me and I will keep you alive.
I stopped playing OW because of that reason. But also there was basically no point to the game because its dead. And OW 2 isnt gonna be good i can tell. paladins is alot more fun for me since i have really good equipment for gaming like my PC and stuff. I almost never have all the problems others have. just a few annoying visual bugs. and the game doesnt feel like im shooting bullet sponges because of cauterize and deck building. i can actually play what i want and not have to play Rock Paper Scissors with the enemy team. That was the worst part for me. Because of a bunch if bad game design decisions i cant play what i want to play and have fun.
Since you did a video covering the easiest chapions for basicaly every role(but like you tried to say one of every role) i tought that you can do a top 3 the easiest champions for every role.I am a beginer so i think it would be great if it would be a better pool of champs.... This is just a suggestion...
You can’t unfortunately unless you connect a keyboard to your ps4, if you do so, press the space bar mid game and you’ll be able to type into the chat :-)
I never lag in this game and i play on a laptop wit h a 2014 graphics card kl1100 quadro. He said check your wifi because its probably a dns packet issue.
Depends. I can recomend buying ying if you want to be a bit more agresive but if you want to play someone who can stay more in the backline you can pick rei.

@@techwizsmith7963 really depends on your team build. If your team build is slower and more grouped up than rei makes a great main support. However If your team is really split up and plays very aggressively than she can have a hard time keeping up
She can work as a main healer I suppose, though there are much better options (especially in casuals without comms). Ideally, something like Grover + Rei or some other healer with Rei would be nice. Rei could focus on pocketing dps and helping get kills, Grover on healing the tanks and dealing damage.
Azaan is just so broke he's not fun. Not at all... every match is a sweaty mess. When a tank can go 24/6 like that and do more damage than a competent Kinessa, that's just sad. That's not even including the terrible game connection etc. Also, you did great as a Rei on such a team comp and against such a team.

How did you improve the glow of golden skins for different characters? I have golden skins as if matte and almost do not shine

Reminds me of when I played this game on a laptop. I almost never got above 20 fps and would average about 12.
When I play Rei there’s always a Koga or Tyra or Vik at the enemy team. Someone where my dr is useless against.

Rei is not an off support! You can outheal most healers With the right cards and team communication
