Here’s some tips: spam webs then spam the gravity thing do a combo on him, use spider bot Buddy thingy and spam electric webs then do another combo in the air and then throw him down making him knocked out

We dont have confirmation that the lisard exist but in the post credits scene of spider man miles morales we see dr connor which is also the real identity of the lizard so there is a high chance the lizard does exist since his true identity exists
So he probably did exist before just that maybe it was a different lizard or nobody found out about his secret identity
