      He forgets the fact that not everyone has advanced knowledge of JS and NPM libraries. So, in a way, he kind of undermines the process behind actually learning all the essential pieces needed to keep the back-end together, and in order to properly deploy an app or website built with React.

      I agree to some extent, but I think it should have been 10 min at least. This felt somewhat unnecessarily contrived. Trying to meet a goal at the expense of value. Some of those slides appeared for 2 seconds. I had to rewind pause a few times.

      Sometimes you gotta spend a few bucks to get the good stuff ("signal") instead of wasting time sifting though stuff you're not ready for ("noise"). That Brad Taversy guy (www.traversymedia.com/) is pretty good, you can get any Udemy course for fairly cheap if you have the site's cookies cleared (or use incognito). Plenty of other good tut channels around, too.

    Great videos- they provide a solid starting point from which you can outline the main topics needing to be learned in detail. I mean, it requires a few videos, not just one, but yours have been the most succinct and shortest while managing to be minimally annoying (in contrast to the common 1.5 hour crash course videos which are a gamble anyway).
    What you do is awesome, thanks!

    These 5 mins video are awesome. I watch them before learning any new technology to get the overview of what it consists of and get a rough idea of what the technology does. Then after learning extensively I keep coming back to these videos for a quick revision.

    I think the most interesting part is in the text about learning from a course that is within about 6 months to a year old because there is a new way to do React.
    Good info. Its the overview I look for. A quick "Roughly what is the architecture, how does this work" before I starter a beginner vid and then a deep dive to applications.

    For anyone criticizing, do well to always check the description of a video in the first one minute into that video. He stated clearly that "you CANNOT MASTER react in 5 minutes".

    Great video for a quick overview, please make more like this. We need more tutorials targeting experienced developers who want to learn a new framework or language. All other tutorials take way to much time explaining everything (variables... 🙄) from zero or going into much deeper detail that is beneficial for the beginner in the framework.
