Thanks Yoriz for sharing! We learn the most through the doing. I know there's times when I am procrastinating because I have all these assumptions of what's going to happen. It's moments like that that I check in and remember... "time to do." Have a great day :-), and thanks for sharing 🙂
@@ZacharyPontrello Yes true! Sometimes it's just these little asumptions/fantasies that holds us back while it is not necessary. I also like how focusing on noticing the asumptions feels a bit like small victories while 'don't assume' feels more limiting, and then I might just start blaming myself for assuming once haha. Have a great day!
@@yorizwealreadyare4694 Oh my gosh Yoriz you absolutely nailed it! I have been there too (blaming myself / shaming myself). I adore the 4 agreements but I am definitely super mindful of language and I def have noticed the challenges of the Agreements being negations (such as don't), and that in itself can cause a little bit of a loop... so I love that language and Point of Focus Shift you shared. So so valuable, and I am all about the small victories as well! Brick by brick! Love that comment and it really deeply resonates. Thanks so much for sharing... you've inspired a few new video ideas for me :-), have a blessed day!
Great personal story, Zach. It really brought the whole concept into a form that we can use in our daily lives. It is so easy for us to make assumptions, and is pretty ingrained, and a difficult habit to be aware of and change.
Preach this word. Great message as always, Zach!
Thank you David!
Thanks! I like how you mentioned the focus on Doing over Don't doing.

Thank you so much. That story always comes back through. I am glad it resonated :-)
