    Hello,we have a problem with our PEL 103. It's not connected to data transfer software. This happened after an attempt to update firmware which was accidentally cancelled before completion.
    The device is also lighting up Bluetooth option continuously.
    Kindly advice whether cancelling firmware update could cause this and how we can save the equipment.

      Hello. Sorry for the late reply. I am afraid by cancelling the firmware update halfway it is likely to have corrupted the programme, and you will need to repeat the update if possible. If you are unable to do this the unit will need returning to an authorised repair agent.

    Hi, had a problem with PEL 105: the clock is stopped. May you show or indicate to me how I restart it?

      Hi, You can use the settings menu, shown with a spanner icon, to reset the date and time or you can sync this with your PC clock using the PEL transfer software. This could also be a problem with the internal battery if the product is old or has not been used in some time. You would need to contact an approved Chauvin Arnoux repairer in your region if this is the case.

      @@ChauvinArnouxUK I already tested the first option, does not work. I think, as you suggested, that it can be an issue with the internal battery. Anyway, thanks a lot for the replay.
