A threatening incident occurred yesterday evening on a regional train in Brandenburg. A 33-year-old Turkish citizen threatened a customer service representative and stabbed the door of the train toilet where the representative had barricaded himself with a folding knife. The police received several emergency calls and the train made an emergency stop. The man was initially able to flee, but was arrested later that night. According to the Federal Police, he was in Germany legally. How could this dramatic incident have happened?
