I've been crocheting for two weeks now and this is the first thing that isn't a granny square that I've done. Thank you, I hope my Canadian friends are as proud of it as I am.

These were perfect. Exactly what I needed for a fall leaf wreath. You are so easy to follow. You go the right speed-not too fast and not to slow.

Canadian here- drawing maple leaves when I was a kid was THE most difficult task, I had forgotten until I saw this video and now I'm having flashbacks 😂

I absolutely LOVE this pattern! i made it as a part of a rear view mirror hang and I'm currently making them for a garland piece. if you're looking to be able to loop it through itself for a bag charm or something, I suggest chaining 20 for the stem and then starting the slip stitches in the 7th chain from the leaf (same place as the pattern). it creates a loop to be able to pull it through :)

Never did a double treble or anything like that before, and all tutorials on how to do them have been conplicated, then i watch this and i can suddenly do 2 more stitches and maple leaves! Thank you so much. All your videos are easy to follow, as you are so clear and slow enough for beginners. Thank you for your amazing videos and awesome patterns and mini projects!

I loved this as a beginner because you used so many different stitches that I got to practice them all in one pattern. I also like that you didn't just assume we k ow what each stitch is and gave a brief explanation of each one. Definitely going to be looking through and using your other videos

I love this maple leaf...so much fun to do! Thank you for all your patient videos. I have made several of your projects and especially like the simple ones like the small heart and that medium heart. I work in an after-school care and have used your simple patterns to teach girls AND BOYS to crochet! Again, thank you so much for sharing your wonderful talent.

I just love this channel!! I’ve been looking for a maple leaf appliqué pattern for years. The only thing I changed about this pattern was the picco. I made one verbatim, but the piccos were weird. I altered them to be 2 ch and sl st in the back loop of the first ch. PERFECT!!!
Thank you so much for your tutorials! For 20 years I’ve been buying books that have the most vague descriptions and most of my learning has been from trial and mostly error. My grandmother crocheted but couldn’t teach my mom to pass down since she was left handed and she passed before I was an age to learn. I didn’t have someone showing me or to ask questions to. Your videos are exactly what I needed, I’ve made so many things from your channel and since I have experience, I can alter the bits I want. Thank you so much!!! 💕 people like you are keeping this craft alive and not just for Pokémon plushies. For real grown up projects. Thanks again. ❤

But I always seem to mess up at the end with the stitches and having extra and I always get so confused how I do it haha, I'll figure it out at some point but they still look really nice even if I mess up a lil at the end!
