Another great video. What really do like is that you're showing everyone that you don't need a big lift and wheels to do serious tracks. Or 4wding in general. Keep up the good work.
Thank you Tyler this video has special memories for me. We spread my fathers ashes at number one. Dad was instrumental in turning the site into a picnic area after the tower was decommissioned, mid 70's i think. Kippara sf the wilson river and the last waterfall on pie mountain creek are just magical places. Hey thanks for clearing the tracks too
I love how you negotiate 9:39 (navigate) lol through the river after chainsawing and moving the logs out of the way. Track clearing is a big part of 4WDing and it instills a bit of pride because you know that fellow 4WDer's will appreciate your work. Adventures like this, going into the unknown is what it's all about. Love your work.
You said you were blown away; the rest of us watching were blown away too ! They say there's no where left to find true adventure but you prove them wrong. Inspired and jealous are the 2 phrases that spring to mind.
I've had a scan gauge 2 for about a year. Love it man. I've got boost psi, water temp, auto pan temp and torque converter temp. Great gadget for towing.
Unreal mate ,Sublime Spot ,Great wheeling as always , and Mad edit You have come so far , I been wit ya since dot when ya had the black rig that got knocked off Epic vid 👊
@@TylerThompson90 the winch rope snapping !! No good Iron Man need to do something about that I'm Full iron man as well, and will be apprehensive about my line now
Cracking episode. Love the longer vid. Music in this was fantastic and the drone shots in the gorge were beautiful. So well put together. Well done TT & crew.
The pool at the bottom of the Punchbowl is good for swimming. You can get down there on the left side in the scrub. It's steep but doable and don't try it in pluggers. There used to be proper abseiling points aswell years ago. Top job. Good to see someone representing home 🤘
@@TylerThompson90 The bridge that's fallen through is the one we fell through years ago with my old man. I think I commented on one of your videos from a few years ago about it. Log fell through under one side and needed a tractor to pull us out.
Awesome buddy, your adventures are getting better every time, great camp spot at the end of the track, appreciate u clearing the track for u & others, lots of people would have just created another track around , great area of Australia u live in, so jealous bro 👍👍👍🇻🇬🇻🇬🇻🇬
Mate that was epic! Congrats on hitting 40k! Well done and thanks for another great video, can’t wait to see the cape series and also thanks for replying to my message last week. Don’t forget my FRONG beard t-shirt 🤙
Another quality production. I must get down there one day but it’s a bit chilly piccadilly right now. I wouldn’t be able to stay in that water, like you guys, for too long. My first acquisition though would be a chain saw with two batteries. I would help you keep the tracks open. Cheers lads. 👍🏻🙏🏽😷🦘
awesome goldilocks track, not too long , not too short - just right for a weekend/long weekend break (if we ever got the chance again between lock up) hahahahah thanks for sharing such a beautiful place.
Love the videos mate. One of your next video has to be called " dads pysco adventures " atleast your out there with your kid and old man making memories.
I've never seen such a unique waterfall with a little pool halfway through. Looks magical. Loving the Makita chainsaw, haven't watched the whole video yet, writing this half way through, which model did you go with? Looking at getting one myself
The Great Dividing Ranges are something else. The East Coast of Australia is my favorite. I'm in WA and a lot of good places are private, farmland etc. The granite gorges and waterways are magnificent compared to WA. I'd love to be corrected and proved wrong.
one thing id suggest for those makita chainsaws (which are amazing units), is when you finally get a new chain, purchase a new bar & chain setup from stihl, so you have a smaller kerf, cuts faster with less draw on the batteries. cheers
Man last time I went to punchbowl we came down that track not up it, she’s well weather now. Good on your Tyler great film. ps 2nd campsite top of Kippara swimming hole??
I’ve been going to that spot your old man referred to as a paradise for years. Was last there afew months ago. It’s definitely changed after the floods. The track that you would of passed goes up the hill goes back up to the main road. But would be pretty hectic after the rain. Last time I was there had afew p platers turn up and dumping plastic bags of fish guts or something weird in the bush. Can’t believe grubs think they can do that.
Just factory mate. GVM is 2910kg, fully loaded for a trip with water and fuel and food im just under 2900 haha, but then obviously goes down as I use stuff
Hey mate, as usual content is literally the best anyone can produce. Just wondering what brand that brazier is that you use for your camp fires ? Cheers Carlo
Some cave man techniques using leverage right three! Hell, why not! You got the beard for it 😂👌 Love the drone footage mate. thanks for the content you creat👍
Love your whole style and approach being “There’s a track. Let’s poke the nose of the car up it and see where it goes.” Best way to do it.
Thanks mate! Yep my favourite way to do it

Great video boys! Loving the channel.
The winch seemed to be labouring when the rope snapped, wonder how old the rope was. Some beautiful spots there by the looks
Awesome mate

Another ripper Tyler, inspired again! Thanks mate.
Another enjoyable video again. I see on Instagram you just done the creb track in the wet. That would have been full on. Can't wait for that video.

Always wondered what’s across that creek crossing haha thanks I doubt I’d make it there in my truck cheers 🍻
Do you have a track name by any chance? Wouldn’t mind heading up for a swim in Summer
I got of those smart gauges a few weeks ago and its awesome. There on special atm for $99👍
Quality 😎👍

Can you do a review of that electric chainsaw.... seemed to chew thru some heavy stuff there...

A shovel would be handy to
And that's why we purchase a 4x4🤟🤟
Great video , what model Mikita chainsaw did you use , made short work of those logs 👍
Thanks mate, I give a run through of it in tomorrows video
Hi Tyler
Question on Weights of your 4wd ?
Are you working on factory GVM or an out grade ?
Just factory mate. GVM is 2910kg, fully loaded for a trip with water and fuel and food im just under 2900 haha, but then obviously goes down as I use stuff
@@TylerThompson90 Thats
Star of the show... Makita lol

Didn’t know that there were that many round there mate
What caused the winch rope to snap? Another great adventure
Probably just wear and tear over time
Thought I'd seen a vid once before with this waterfall on it. Went searching and guess who? A very young TT with the old black Nav.
Yep!
Does the smart gauge do exhaust gas temp?
Great video. What set up do you use to recharge the chainsaw?
Cheers! Ive got a 2000watt inverter
What do you think of throttle controller in this trip ? are you still planning for engine tune ?
Yep its really good mate!
I wish my dad had a beard like that!
Great video mate!do you rate the makita chainsaw?been thinking of getting one but haven’t heard what people think of them!
Review of it would be good!
Yep I really like it, give a little review of it in tomorrows video mate
awesome as always.. I just wanted to ask about your son, isn't he going to school or how do you manage?
Mostly weekends and school holidays mate
Who do you use for the music in your Vids 👍🏼👌🏼
Artlist 👌
what sliders do you and Dad have on the cars?
He has southern cross fabworks. I have mech fab industries
What do you think of the makita chainsaw? I’ve got the same one and love it
Yep really like it mate
Love your video, also recently bought an electric chainsaw and love it.
Maybe recovery points for the back of the car would have been a better investment than that electronic gadget you bought?
Are you guys both running 33s?
Ive got 33's, dad has 32's
