I usually don't like these sort of things. But for you, I love it. No but seriously this hit home.

For sure! Recovering from anything can be really tough but also super rewarding. It often involves a lot of support from friends, family, or support groups. People usually learn a lot about themselves during the process, and it can lead to some serious personal growth. It's all about taking it one step at a time and finding what works best for each person.

People pleasing is like drugs. it's effects can be both addictive & self-destructive. trust me, I've been there before..
for those who identity as people pleasers reading this, i want to remind you that your sense worth/value is not determine by others. please learn to take care of yourself and acknowledge your own strengths & weaknesses. surround yourself with people who actually care about you or respectfully challenges you. someone who pushes you to be the best version of yourself.
i also encourage deep personal introspection as it can give you a sense of clarity, strength and understanding to yourself and others. if you're worried about making mistakes/failures. feeling constantly stuck with such self-limiting beliefs can be a painful experience but you can always learn from it by trying to reflect on what went wrong and improve upon it.
i pray for anyone who are struggling with this issue. i believe you are capable and strong. it is not fixed as this feeling is only a state of mind. therefore, it is dynamic & can change depending on
various factors like situation, environment, and current emotions. you will eventually learn to overcome this. that is all.

Theatre is one of the oldest forms of expression, from shadows in flickering light on a cave wall, to the ancient greeks, to now. Just because this is different it doesn't mean the message is any less true :D
    Very nice presentation.

Why are people who are physically in the audience watching this through their cell phones? This is a filmed show. Like, are they going to watch it again on their phones and not on youtube? What is wrong with these people? Genuinely curious.

Baron Ryan explores the paradox of being a people pleaser in a humorous TED talk. He discusses the challenges of self-respect, the need for approval, and the journey to self-acceptance through an imaginary conversation with himself.

God loves you and cares for you so that this message reaches you. God is the one who created this large universe and controls it completely. The greatest loss a person loses in this life is that he lives without knowing God who created him and knowing the Messenger of Muhammad, the last of the messengers, and the Islamic religion, the last of the heavenly religions. Great intelligence, before you believe in something or not, is to read it, study it, and understand it well, and after that you have the choice to believe in it or not to believe in it. I advise you to do this now, before you no longer have time to do so. Life is very short. It is just a test, just a passage to eternal life. Great advice to those who... Understands

Yes, I love the God who came in the flesh and dwelt amongst us and died for our sins so that all who believe have the right to become children of God. There is no greater love than the one who is willing to die for us. Who did no wrong but took on the pain, suffering and punishment just so that we will know Him. The love of sending your own blood son is absolutely undeniable.
