Bro this show is the definition of peak. Engaging from start to finish. I 100% agree with you on how dope it was to see a Villain be a villain. Every time you felt for Oz he did something to remind you he's literally the worst. I still feel like Daredevil is #1 for me but damn this is close.
Great review brotha! Truly enjoyed batman so this is another right up the alley. Was very curious if we would get the drop and quality and refreshing to hear it pretty much lives up! keep it up!
In terms of Batman being absent, I’d say it likely comes down to a few things; Cities are MASSIVE, After such an unprecedented disaster in the city they’re be A LOT of people needing help, a lot of rebuilding to do and from the end of The Batman we see him less want to punish criminals and more want to help the helpless. There are bound to be A LOT of fires to put out and at this point perhaps criminals hurting one another isn’t as high up on his list as trying to help citizens after the riddlers bombings
Completely fair and I do agree with that to an extent, but with the time jump and how the underground operation was moving so efficiently, I was concerned with how the criminals were moving as if Batman doesn’t exist. Batman doesn’t need to appear physically, but at least serve as a reminder in this show, why he’s the most feared. Like the fear of expecting him to jump out from the shadows.
Really good show except the ending I did not like which is the bench scene in the last episode. That was cold blooded. Sure, the kid try to rob you in the beginning but he stuck with him the whole time only to be put to sleep......permanently. No wonder he make a pretty cruel villain in the batman franchise.
Great review my man. One of the few shows that nails each episode perfectly. This show deserves all the Emmy’s. And Cristin Milioti….😩😩😩😩😩
Agreed. Incredible show with an even more incredibly fine actress😮💨

Oh yeah Daredevil is still #1 for me, but this show is definitely in the conversation. Such an amazing experience 😮💨

Oz is definitely public enemy #1 after that😔
@@TJBillups I second that motion. That goes to show you cant trust Oz.
