Wow, top episode! Happy New Year 🥳 Next Time in Busselton, your very welcome to plug into our driveway, its madness in this town in holiday times, Cam you have got to be the best dad, building a child with resilience, see you next week. Once again thanks for the places you share.
Castle rock is a great secret of the south coast but it feels like 4 1/2 km just to get up by the time you get to the top. Great drone shot from the top.
Happy New Year Wild Touring!. Another great vid. Your repairs on the run have got us thinking again about what we may need to look at taking as part of our must have tool box., and so lucky you were filming at the time, Tiff and noticed the door had come off. The skywalk views are amazing, as is Castle Rock....and Cosy Corner really is what it is named! Of course, as soon as we saw the Shelter Brewing sign, hubby was off googling brewerys in the South West of WA. There will be no shortage of craft beer! Thank you again for another excellent installment of your Big Lap of WA. Stay safe.
Because we tend to watch TH-cam on the "Big Screen" it is difficult to like and comment. But I wanted to thank you for the videos - so hopped into my phone. We have a similar van to yours, but made by Mars Campers and the tips that you give have been great. We also have never been to WA, and are hoping to get there in 2022. Being able to make a wish list and a free camp list as we enjoy a break with your videos is great. Thanks heaps!
Shirley Jayne Photography click the up button while vid is playing. You will see the channel picture and a button for more. Click more and scroll over to like. Hope this works for you. Took me ages to discover how to do it lol.
Cam ya seemed so impressed to have Chloe on ya shoulders climbing the ladder. I know how ya feel I climbed airs rock with my 5yr old on my back it sucked but at least I got a picture of her at the top #dadlife
Hey guys, great episode again. Have just ordered a couple of stubby holders and some stickers from you! That treetops walk looked good but extremely expensive!! We've had to pay over $100 a night over here at some parks with 3 kids!!! Ridiculous😩😩. No fishing rule was rough🤣🤣. See you next Saturday. Cheers.👍👍
Great vlog yet again, the little potoroos bouncing along in front of you at the granite sky walk did not seem to have much fear of heights (and water for that matter).
Just heard Tiff say ‘It was really cold, 20 degrees!! You don’t know what cold is😜 Autumn here at Lake Wanaka, NZ - Today high 12, Low -2. But this is a town of two temps! Summer get up to 30-35😜 Loving your vids!
The Falken Wildpeaks have been fantastic! Ill be doing a video review on them in the next month or so. Ill directly compare them to my previous set (Toyo Open Country AT2), as they've done the same amount of kms over similar terrain and are about the same price. Spoiler alert - the Falkens are a far better tyre!
That granite skywalk...Cam, my heart was in my mouth when you were climbing the ladder with Chloe on your shoulders. Great video, (we never got to see inside your parents van! Or did I miss it?) with stunning scenery as usual. Happy new year to the three of you!
Love the views from the skywalk and tree tops definitely on the bucket list Happy New Year to the 3 of you. Keep enjoying life. Ps got the coffee and love it
haha wow only started watching this channel recently, and when you guys are walking into the tree top walk you walk right past my car, i was there that same day. small world huh.
Some great scenery especially the climbing of the granite rock , the views were awesome , anyway happy new year to you all really looking forward to your fantastic vids in 2021😃
Awesome vid again guy's,Camm what is the fishing like around Busselton need a few spots in WA when we get there, well done Chloe on the hike what a champ.
I'm probably not the best person to ask for fishing advice 😂 I seriously struggle to get onto a fish anywhere in the south/ south west. Sooooooo much easier up north!
Another great video, the view from the ladder was beautiful. So this was back in November hey Cam? Makes me wish I could walk properly to see this stuff
we went south too after our trip north. Im surprised we havent crossed paths yet! back in perth then a little stint in boddington and bussleton then back to real life til april! Looking forward to seeing your next vid, hoping youre in esperance!
"I used to come here when I was a kid actually, so it's been here that long !!", LOL !!!, . . . now if I said that Tiff, . . . . . . . the caravan park may well not have been there !!!! :-)). Another great vid thanks, It'd be interesting to know how the Granite Skywalk was constructed, they did a great job of that. Happy New Year to you all, take care and stay safe, Cheers.
We took our canter and van into crystal springs campground and was a mission just try to get through there. But we have managed to snag a spot a cosy corner. Hope you guys are doing well.
I feel your pain, same van, winding down the jockey wheel and wondered why the van would not go down any further, I had left the door open and it was vertical to the van taking all the weight. Bit of a smack with the hammer and the door was all good. Have to say the MDC vans are built tough.
Haha "i don't know why its so expensive here" and then immediately list off about 8 good things about the caravan park. Enjoying the series though, good balance of paid and free camping for those with small kids.
Hi guys, love your videos. Have you done a video showing how you level your van? Would love to see how you do it and get some tips, as I’ve just purchased my own van. Cheers.
Hi Cam That frig locker door An idea worth investigating What if you attach that seperate door to the end of the frig slide (just like a panel in a cubboard that hides an electrical appliance) and when the frig is closed it engages latches - To access you release the latches and slide out the frig as per normal and because you want to keep things cold inside you are going to close the door each time Love your videos Cheers Kevin
Ha camm the what a bugger 😠 how about the door hangs level on some chain or seat belt material plus make a small table for cloes play time or shoe rack from biteys 👍👍👍
Depends where we are and what time of year it is. Always book ahead during school holidays otherwise we’ve been able to get away with only booking a few days ahead.
Another AWESOME video Guys, how good was the Granite Skywalk! Regards the MDC Camper, you still happy with with it? Even though you've torn of the 'pantry door' twice? What happened to the tour of the 'Barbie Camper'?
As always great video guys! I actually wonder if you'd mind sharing what video editing software you use? My laptop just died so a new laptop and better editing gear is in order!
I've aways been a PC guy, but the last year or so I've been using a MacBook Pro and imovie and I'm totally sold on it now. So much more stable and faster to edit!
We spent years at the Mandalay with families when the kids were younger, we always went off season when prices were half It’s the cleanest camp ground I’ve been to
Gotta LOVE the southwest. The Granite walk looked fantastic and once again, the drone footage looked great. Thanks folks - Peter V.
Brilliant. I love the drone shots and music. Well done you guys. Xx

WOW This week was massive.
Excellent and very enjoyable channel you run so thanks.😊 A little report on how the Falkens performed would be a nice bit of icing.

"I used to come here when I was a kid actually, so it's been here that long !!", LOL !!!, . . . now if I said that Tiff, . . . . . . . the caravan park may well not have been there !!!! :-)). Not at this stage but never say never!
We need to do a camp in 2021 buddy! Now your back home
We took our canter and van into crystal springs campground and was a mission just try to get through there.
But we have managed to snag a spot a cosy corner. Hope you guys are doing well.

No we havnt done a vid on that, but I may do in the future!
Great vid cam an tiff
Love ya work
Wa is such a great place but people and company’s just want to rip ya
Any way loving the south west
How unusual, warm clothing for the south west. 😂😂😂😂
😂
Biggest surprise was Tiff was cooking hahaha, there's hope for my wife yet.
😂
Family is local to the coffee place and didnt realise they were there. We grabbed a 1kg bag to try the other day.
What did you think????
Yes it was great thankyou, we were able to get a nice rich crema and found it to be nice and strong but very smooth.
Hi Cam
That frig locker door
An idea worth investigating

Pretty good idea Kevin, cheers!
Tell your sis to pay the bill u are right Outrageous
Hey Tiff's cooking...🤣🤣
😂
Only 20°. It's -3° here.
Gotta wonder why the makers of the van would not hinge the door left or right instead of it dropping to the ground bad design
The CCP choose dropdown because it's cheaper than side swing.
Ha camm the what a bugger 😠 how about the door hangs level on some chain or seat belt material plus make a small table for cloes play time or shoe rack from biteys 👍👍👍
Gday,
Really enjoy the videos, thank you
How far ahead do you book for caravan parks etc

Still very happy with the MDC. We've only ripped the pantry door off once haha. Barbie Camper tour is in this Saturdays episode - ran out of time!
You a better man than me matey. I dont do heights.
Take a photo tiff cooking lol
If Cam said “I might do some catching” instead of fishing he might have got a different look from Tiff lol
😂
Hi Cam and Tiff, loved the ep as always. Where was that beach right at the end of this episode. Cheers
Twilight bay in Esperance 😍
As always great video guys!

@@WildTouring thank you! Oh man we are PC people as well and all we keep hearing is that mac is the way to go. Might need to look into it
👍
Munglinup beach 👍
Hey mate sorry to bother you. Where do you get your coffee again and what’s your favourite brew they make?
TNG blend by Espresso Tenango is our go to now!
No way... couldn’t do those sky walks 🤦🏼♀️
If you jump in unison you can really get the harmonics going
Then things get really scary
I won't be camping at $73 per night, thanks 🙄
We spent years at the Mandalay with families when the kids were younger, we always went off season when prices were half
It’s the cleanest camp ground I’ve been to
Holy crap those National Parks know how to sting you, for publicly owned land.
Yeah I don't understand why you pay day entry AND camping fees. It ends up being similar price to a caravan park but without the amenities.
