I started taking collagen for 2 months now. 2 cups of tea. My nails are so strong and long. I don't know about my hair yet because I have it in braids
Honestly ,give your hair at least 3 months then you will start feeling and seeing a difference. Remember consistency is key.
Absolutely, collagen works for my hair. I've used it before and my hair was extremely long. Currently I haven't relaxed my hair since last year September. I don't know the length because I've been doing protective styling.
