I built a new hide for my tortoises it is not completely finished since it started raining I still need to add the plants and straighten it up a bit before I can call it complete

Question, my tortoise is 2 years old & I live in Whittier California so it’s pretty chilly out at night so she’s in an indoor enclosure for now with the heat lamp and the uvb light. She’s getting bigger though.. so I do plan on building an outdoor enclosure for her. would I need to add the heat lamp to her outdoor enclosure? It’s in the 60s at night here and around 90 during the day..
