- Ey up everyone and welcome back to the north for a new series starting today. We're going to be starting a playthrough of Crown Wars: The Black Prince, a turn based strategy RPG with, you guessed it, classes and character customisation. You love to see it!
Crown Wars is set in alternate Medieval France (I only say alternate due to the general magic and abilities) as we have to gather our forces and ride out against the evil that plagues the land of France. There will be character death, there will be character sacrifice but we will have our victory!

Really pleasantly surprised with the Halberd, was low-key expecting it to be underwhelming.
Cheeky and Fenris looked like an effective combo too.

I played the demo but wasn't sure if I would buy the game or not but watching u play has me anxious to try it. I hope it goes on sale soon =)
Would u consider a Bow wielding Alchemist focused on AoE fire bombs named Lord Truespirit with maybe a Black/Dark purple color scheme, long wild hair & a bushy beard?

Well my name is Wolfbane but I prefer killing wolves to dog 😢 but I do what I have to for house Northen! Fenris had some aggression he had to take out on that bowman. Killing dogs takes a toll on ya 😂
It doesn't make sense that some missions are available for less time then u have to travel to them. If u send a team & it takes longer to get there then it's available for, does it just disappear & ur team returns having wasted their time or does sending a team lock the mission in regardless of how long it takes to get there?
I think if your team is on its way to the mission - it locks it in and it won’t expire, but you cannot recall the team mid way either.
If I remember correctly from the first episode, the alchemical pitch was flammable so combining it with the fire flask would be interesting
You are very correct! So there should be a good 1-2 where we throw the pitch then lob the fire flask for an explosive result. Will definitely look to try it out shortly
Enjoying the playthrough, some of the reviews on Steam are less than flattering.
Are mid-mission saves possible?
Yeah I've also seen them as quite mixed as well but it seems like the Devs are being quite active with getting through the bug and feedback log (So that's positive at least)
I'm personally thoroughly enjoying it (And more than I thought I would honestly). As for the mid-mission saves, yes I believe you can do so although I can't say I've done it myself but it does show up as an option in the menu when you pause.
@@NorthernSoulGaming - Yah, I'm enjoying watching it, but those infinite spawns would drive me crazy.
Not to mention the 95% hit chance misses!
