The guy who forgot about going to prison or being revoked tried to use his lack of memory as a tactic to make the judge feel sorry for him. Judge Boyd is smart and knows if he doesn't remember prison then he liked it and didn't learn anything.

Sleeveless blouse on the attorney isn't proper court attire. It is bad enough to see defendants show up in hoodies or tshirts but the attorney should be held to a higher standard.

It amazes me how people that have a long criminal record always claim that they’ve changed their life when they come in front of the judge. They always talk about their kids, yet they didn’t think about their kids when they were committing the crimes. Outrageous!! He even has family violence!! He has so many convictions, he doesn’t remember them all. Jesus.

This guy cant remember any of his crimes, probabation, anything. If he can't remember anything, how can he learn from his mistakes? It seems like being revoked might be a tad traumatic and ring a bell when brought up.
Hes either full of bs, or so drugged out he has no functioning memory, and therefore not the kind of guy i want on the street.
One thing i find interesting, these hardcore defendants can never seem to hold their head up straight...it seems really common in these people that are in and out of jail. What the heck is that all about? Why have they lost the ability to stand upright with their head straight up when they are talking to a judge?
