Kemono eyes are generally large 2D or 3d follow me eyes with a plastic dome in front, some don't even have the plastic in front. They are just to match the style of Japanese animation over more American toonish animation.
Omg Radula is one of my absolute favorite makers her suits are puppeteer suits. So you can scowl, blink, move your ears and for her raptors you can even "fluff" the feathers where they go from laying flat to raising like real birds do. I love those suits.

I actually plan on making a cosplay of one of my favorite characters, Susie from Deltarune, and I would love to make a fursuit head of her with a more mechanical eye style (and other moving parts like the lips for snarling)

I like the 2D eyes too. Because my charector had big wide eyes with slit pupils, and the followme eyes would probably not even work with the giant eyes lol.
Until I realized mechanical eyes were a thing, I kept imagining a portion of a fursuit head being like a Halo Spartan's helmet visor on the inside where you can see everything in front of you but have fur and all that other stuff on the outside without needing any special materials needed to see... Still requires tear ducts but it sucks for sonas who don't have any.
I made my own alien rabbit fursuit not too long ago. He has follow me eyes. Only problem is the clay I used for his teeth won't stay in place. Anyone know how to fix that?

Hey Stormi, have you tried adding a filter that changes red to a light blue? It should get rid of the red glow around your head and fluff :)
