Daniel, you continue to hit the nail on the head on how to make us better publishers, authors and marketers of our books. Thank you for taking the time to teach us!! You are a Rock Star for Publishing! Thank you. Happy Twenty Twenty!!
Love it! Very cathartic! After my first few guidebooks came out the largest publisher of guidebooks in the UK reached out to me about creating a book for them. In my excitement, I started formulating my reply in the actual email screen. After I had copied, pasted and wrote in random thoughts to edit down into something intelligent, I accidentally hit send. They received the reply equivalent of old scrambled eggs. Strangely, I never heard from them again. Ha ha ha
I appreciate you sharing your knowledge with everyone. I currently have some children's workbooks on Amazon and using their free ISBN. Doing this to get my feet wet. As I progress into more thoughtful books I will definitely purchase the ISBN's. It makes so much more sense to go that route. Saving my pennies at the moment. I have saved this to watch again. Oh, I love the artwork behind you, very cool! Also, I like how direct you are. Several people I follow have good information but they add too much fluff. I appreciate that you get straight to the point and I don't have to rewind to catch what you say. Have a wonderful day! Eileen
Thank you so much for your comment and for your kind words. They are most appreciated. I'm happy that you will now use your own ISBNs... Here's another tip for that: Get on RR Bowker's mailing list. Occasionally, they run specials on the sale of ISBNs. Here's the link: www.myidentifiers.com/VIP-email - Keep me updated on your progress...
pet peeve! Don't say 'ISBN number'! It's just 'ISBN'! ISBN stands for International Standard Book Number - so when you say 'ISBN number' you are saying International Standard Book Number number!!!
Thank you so much for your good tips! Daniel 😊😊👍👍
Thank you for your kind words, Daniel. I appreciate your support!
