I just stumble across your video and I enjoyed watching it, your informative delivery system is warm and not overwhelming. Keep up the great work... 1-love from Queens NYC
I loved your reviews on audio glasses. I’m really torn on which one to choose. In the end, even if I loved Bose’s when I tried it at the store and I’m a long time customer, I’d probably end up with the zungle since I’ve seen more interest in that company to accommodate customer’s needs. In this optic, how would you describe customer’s support? Also, which one does cover most of the sight? (I hate sun, I’m looking also for the most visual covering one)
It's a very thick plastic so it could probably take a minor drop or two. But anytime something is made of plastic there is always a chance it could break when dropped.
I never tested out the V1 but from what I've read the main differences are the that they moved the location of the bone conduction speakers from the end of the frame's leg to the middle of the frame's leg. And the V2 frame is supposed to be slimmer than the first generation version. The V2 also has a dedicated A.I. voice control button which the V1 didn't have. Oh and the V2 has bluetooth 5.0 whereas the V1 had bluetooth 4.1.
I was a backer of the V1 Panther on Kickstarter. I haven't gotten a pair of Vipers yet, so I can't speak to the V2, but the V1 had the bone conduction almost at the end of the leg, so the bone conduction path was behind your ear. This was a last minute design change for Zungle, and I don't think they tested it thoroughly as it led to a lot of sound leakage since the curve of everyones head is different. The lack of bass in V2 is the same as the V1, I think... Maybe just an issue with how much "thump" you can put into your skull. There were other minor issues, such as poor button responsiveness and difficulty pairing with Bluetooth, but they were good enough that I backed them for the V2.
I ordered v1. But after ordering, and waiting for a bit, i saw a lot of videos about complaints on sound bleeds too much. And apparently it wasn’t that loud. Hope they fixed that.
Hello everyone. I bought it in May, the performance is average in public areas you have to increase the maximum volume and other people might ear you, just like Bose the bass is lost, the worst weakness is the plastic hinges, when in folding position the arms inwards applying a little pressure broke it!!! but with a little epoxy it was temporarily fixed until it breaks completely, for next model I've already suggested to replace the hinges from plastic to metallic and a better folding position to eliminate any possibility of breaking (Bose did it). I do not recommend them at the moment. Regards
I bought the Panther (First Zungle Model) last Year January - arrived in February (Outsite the US and some mashup with the transport). The glasses are very cool It helped me out at my visit in amsterdam to navigate on my bike and to hear music. Than I got a new Phone and it wont be able to connect. Also The downsite was that the Panther broke after 6 Months in use. You cant turn it on only when its fold and you dont war it, and when you unfold it it torns off. I went to zungle but they said "nope we cant fix that and it is not in our 12 MONTH WARRANTY" even when its a tecnical problem. I jut give Zunge with the V2 a second chance do to that the Pnather was there first glasses and got pleanty problems (we call it here "Child sicnes")
try getting your money back once you follow their instructions on the website, when you buy, immediately they thank you, but when you get a pair that you can’t where it sounds like a whisper at high volume, 4 days later and not one email reply. Don’t get sucker in by those TH-cam videos, a $10 Bluetooth speaker from a gas station is louder.
I tried a pair of these. Wow, what a disappointment. These might be okay for phone calls, but not even close in quality to be able to listen to music. Returning.
These headphones don't work very well, there is not enough volume, and sound quality is pretty bad. In fact mine were faulty, the charger failed to recharge the battery and so I was not able to use it after flattening out the battery with the initial use. After a very lengthy return process (RMA), I finally sent it back to them for a refund and guess what, 8 weeks later they are still telling me to wait for their evaluation. That's it, never again Zungle or any other dodgy Kickstarter project.
🔵 Thanks for watching! If you have any questions about the Zungle Vipers feel free to let me know in the comments below.
6:13 for those who have read the spec page and know what a bluetooths do

How about the quality of the plastic ? does it feel cheap ? and does it tough ? (does it feel like if that fall down from ur hand does it broken)

Very cool tech. What’s the difference between v1 and v2?

Bit of a weird question but I’m thinking of getting these and I too have a big head so just out of interest what is the circumference of your head ??
I got a big head and these things hurt so much that I had to return them. They didn't sound that great anyways.

You should test the VocalSkull bone condunction sunglasses, I heard they are way better.

Be carefull the battery is out of order after 3 months and it's not supported by the warranty !!!
I was very disappointed by the sunglasses - bluetooth is not working properly and one of the worst customer service
